【摘要】：為了促進中小微企業(yè)融資,提高自然資源開發(fā)效率,參與多層次資本市場建設(shè),縮小區(qū)域差距,民族地區(qū)應(yīng)發(fā)展四板市場。但是,該市場發(fā)展存在觀念障礙、頂層設(shè)計滯后、流動性較低、融資額較少等問題。因此,應(yīng)提高重視程度、加強法制建設(shè)、優(yōu)化運行機制、多方引進私募基金、推出股權(quán)質(zhì)押融資和私募債等,促進民族地區(qū)四板市場發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the efficiency of natural resources development, participate in the construction of multi-level capital market, and narrow the regional gap, the fourth board market should be developed in minority areas. However, there are some problems in the development of the market, such as backward top-level design, low liquidity and less financing. Therefore, we should enhance the degree of attention, strengthen the legal system construction, optimize the operating mechanism, introduce private equity funds, launch equity pledge financing and private equity debt, and promote the development of the fourth board market in ethnic areas.
