【摘要】：文章利用2000—2011年我國16家上市銀行數(shù)據(jù),采用Tobit模型,結合我國銀行業(yè)特征分析了現(xiàn)金股利分配的影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),資本充足率和中間業(yè)務凈收入與現(xiàn)金股利分配顯著正相關,而外資戰(zhàn)略投資者持股比例與現(xiàn)金股利分配顯著負相關。結果表明管制特征與銀行的經營模式是影響現(xiàn)金股利政策的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 16 listed banks in China from 2000 to 2011, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of cash dividend distribution by using Tobit model and combining with the characteristics of China's banking industry. It is found that the capital adequacy ratio and net income of intermediate business are significantly positively correlated with the cash dividend distribution while the proportion of foreign strategic investors is negatively correlated with the cash dividend distribution. The results show that the characteristics of regulation and the management mode of banks are the important factors affecting the cash dividend policy.
