非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司企業(yè)績(jī)效影響研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)作為一個(gè)國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)性和戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),是社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的、國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要基石,大力發(fā)展我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè),提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力水平,對(duì)于我國(guó)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的良好發(fā)展具有重要的意義。農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司作為將我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展與市場(chǎng)聯(lián)系起來的橋梁,農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的健康發(fā)展有利于我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,是促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化全面化升級(jí)的重要力量。農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司是我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)企業(yè)的代表,本應(yīng)在推廣農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)成果、促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、增加農(nóng)民收入等方面發(fā)揮積極的引導(dǎo)作用。 但是,由于各種復(fù)雜原因我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司在自身發(fā)展過程中存在比較普遍和嚴(yán)重非農(nóng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)象,農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況很不穩(wěn)定。然而,農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司在進(jìn)行大范刖的非農(nóng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)后,卻沒有給企業(yè)帶來良好的企業(yè)績(jī)效。本文選取了75家農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的2010年的ll項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本數(shù)據(jù),通過主成分分析法,從盈利能力、償債能力、成長(zhǎng)能力以及擴(kuò)張能力四個(gè)方面綜合分析和評(píng)價(jià)了農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的企業(yè)績(jī)效。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大部分農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司整體上經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效水平偏低,而且各個(gè)企業(yè)之間績(jī)效水平差距比較顯著,部分農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司只強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)某個(gè)方面的能力而忽視其他能力,進(jìn)而忽視企業(yè)的綜合績(jī)效水平,影響企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。 通過在第四章得出的四個(gè)主成分得分和企業(yè)績(jī)效得分的基礎(chǔ)上,并考慮了部分控制變量,運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的方法,對(duì)非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)和農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的四項(xiàng)能力以及企業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),并對(duì)實(shí)證研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行了一定的陳述和總結(jié)。通過描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)、均值比較分析、方差分析、回歸等實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得出結(jié)論:農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的非農(nóng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)程度對(duì)企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效、盈利能力、償債能力、成長(zhǎng)能力存在不良影響;非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的擴(kuò)張能力存在一定的正面影響,但是這種影響也是有限的。 基于各種分析和評(píng)價(jià)后,本文提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。首先,積極努力發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù),形成農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司獨(dú)有的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,不斷改善企業(yè)績(jī)效;其次,完善農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)制度;第三,建立和健全農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的監(jiān)督管理制度;第四,政府應(yīng)加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)政策的扶持力度;笫五,重視管理人才,提高管理人員素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Agriculture, as the basic and strategic industry of a country, is a stable society, an important cornerstone of the country's economic development, vigorously developing our agriculture and raising the level of agricultural productivity. It is of great significance for the stability of our society and the good development of the national economy. As a bridge linking agricultural development with market in China, agricultural listed companies' healthy development is conducive to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in China, and is an important force to promote the overall upgrading of agricultural industrialization in China. Agricultural listed companies are representatives of advanced agricultural enterprises in our country at present. They should play an active guiding role in popularizing agricultural scientific and technological achievements, promoting agricultural industrialization and increasing farmers' income. However, due to various complicated reasons, agricultural listed companies in our country have a relatively common and serious non-agricultural management phenomenon in their own development process, and the operating situation of agricultural listed companies is very unstable. However, agricultural listed companies have not brought good enterprise performance after the non-agricultural operation. In this paper, we select the ll financial index data of 75 agricultural listed companies in 2010 as the sample data, through the principal component analysis, from the profitability, solvency, This paper analyzes and evaluates the performance of agricultural listed companies from four aspects: growth ability and expansion ability. It is found that most agricultural listed companies have a low level of operating performance, and the difference between the performance levels of each enterprise is significant. Some agricultural listed companies only emphasize the ability of one aspect of the enterprise and ignore the other capabilities. Furthermore, the comprehensive performance level of enterprises is ignored and the sustainable development of enterprises is affected. On the basis of the four principal component scores and enterprise performance scores obtained in the fourth chapter, and considering the partial control variables, the econometrics method is used. This paper tests the relationship between the four abilities of non-agricultural management and agricultural listed companies as well as the performance of enterprises, and makes a certain statement and summary of the conclusions of the empirical research. Through descriptive statistics, mean comparative analysis, variance analysis, regression and other empirical tests, it is concluded that the degree of non-agricultural management of agricultural listed companies has a negative impact on the comprehensive performance, profitability, solvency and growth ability of enterprises; Non-agricultural management has a positive effect on the expansion ability of agricultural listed companies, but this effect is also limited. Based on various analysis and evaluation, this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations. First, actively develop agricultural main business, form the unique core competitiveness of agricultural listed companies, and continuously improve enterprise performance; second, improve the modern enterprise system of agricultural listed companies; third, Establish and perfect the supervision and management system of agricultural listed companies; fourth, the government should strengthen the support of agricultural policies; fifth, attach importance to management personnel, improve the quality of management staff.
