【摘要】：本文首先分析了中國資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和基本情況，通過對于目前中國資產(chǎn)管理市場上存在的銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品、公募基金、信托、券商集合理財(cái)、陽光私募、保險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)管理及期貨資產(chǎn)管理等不同種類業(yè)務(wù)的系統(tǒng)梳理，從行業(yè)競爭力、客戶資源、人才等方面，，分析了不同行業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢，并對新《證券投資基金法》頒布實(shí)施的法律環(huán)境下，資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)的格局變化、業(yè)務(wù)模式、行業(yè)未來發(fā)展趨勢做了探索與研究，同時(shí)探討在中國目前的監(jiān)管體系下，中國資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)存在的主要問題，并提出了一些政策建議，促使資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)更為健康的成長和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the current situation and basic situation of China's asset management industry, through the current Chinese asset management market exist in the banking financial products, public offering funds, trusts, brokers aggregate financial management, sunshine private, This paper systematically combs the different kinds of business, such as insurance asset management and futures asset management, analyzes the competitive advantages of different industries from the aspects of industry competitiveness, customer resources, talents, etc. Under the legal environment of the promulgation and implementation of the new Securities Investment Fund Law, the pattern changes, business models, and future development trends of the asset management industry are explored and studied, and at the same time, under the current regulatory system of China, the paper probes into the changes in the pattern of the asset management industry, as well as the future development trend of the industry. The main problems of asset management industry in China and some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the growth and development of asset management industry more healthily.
