【摘要】：中國的國際板是指境外企業(yè)或紅籌股企業(yè)在我國A股市場上發(fā)行而形成的板塊。這些企業(yè)在A股上市之后,因?yàn)槠洹熬惩狻钡男再|(zhì),被劃分為“國際板”。我國建立國際板是證券市場國際化過程中一個(gè)必要的發(fā)展階段。早在2007年的時(shí)候,我國就萌生了建立國際板的想法。在2009年,上海公布了“兩個(gè)中心”建設(shè)的實(shí)施意見,要在2020年將上海打造成為國際金融中心。伴隨著這個(gè)意見的發(fā)布,大家的目光開始聚焦我國證券市場國際板的建立。國際板的建立有助于我國國際競爭力和影響力的提高,有助于增強(qiáng)我國金融系統(tǒng)抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。 本文一共分為六章。第一章是緒論。第二章先介紹了國際板的國際實(shí)踐及影響,參考國際板在其他國家的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),選取美國、日本、韓國和香港作為研究對(duì)象,為我國建立國際板提供參考意見。然后分析了國際板的影響。第三章對(duì)國際板進(jìn)行利益均衡分析,先對(duì)國際板的利益主體進(jìn)行研究,然后通過利益均衡模型分析利益主體間的關(guān)系。第四章和第五章通過宏觀層面和微觀層面對(duì)我國建立國際板的可行性進(jìn)行分析。第六章結(jié)論與政策建議。先對(duì)本文上述研究做出結(jié)論。然后根據(jù)存在的不足制定對(duì)策,增強(qiáng)國際板的可行性。 本文通過以上分析得出我國目前已經(jīng)具備了建立國際板的條件,但是受國際經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,我國證券市場處于弱勢,加上國際板的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和制度仍需要繼續(xù)完善,因此建立國際板還需要等待合適的時(shí)機(jī)。
[Abstract]:China's international board refers to foreign enterprises or red chip companies issued in China's A-share market and formed the plate. These companies listed in A-shares, because of its "overseas" nature, is divided into "international board." The establishment of international board in China is a necessary development stage in the process of internationalization of securities market. As early as 2007, China had the idea of building an international board. In 2009, Shanghai announced the implementation of the "two centers" to build Shanghai into an international financial center by 2020. With the publication of this opinion, everyone's eyes began to focus on the establishment of the international board of China's securities market. The establishment of international board contributes to the improvement of our country's international competitiveness and influence, and helps to strengthen the ability of our financial system to resist risks. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter first introduces the international practice and influence of international board, referring to the practical experience of international board in other countries, selects the United States, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong as the research object, provides the reference for our country to establish the international board. Then the influence of international board is analyzed. The third chapter analyzes the interest equilibrium of international board, and then analyzes the relationship between interest subjects through the model of interest equilibrium. The fourth and fifth chapters analyze the feasibility of establishing international board in China through macro level and micro level. Chapter VI conclusions and policy recommendations. First of all, the conclusion of the above research is made. Then according to the shortcomings of the development of countermeasures to enhance the feasibility of international board. Through the above analysis, this paper concludes that our country already has the condition to set up the international board at present, but under the influence of the international economy, the securities market of our country is in a weak position, and the standard and system of the international board still need to continue to be perfected. Therefore, the establishment of the international board also needs to wait for the right time.
