【摘要】：生物制藥行業(yè)是高新技術(shù)行業(yè)中發(fā)展最為迅速的行業(yè)之一，具有誘人的投資前景和巨大的投資潛力。但是，生物制藥項目作為技術(shù)高度密集的高新技術(shù)項目，具有技術(shù)要求高、資金占用大、不確定因素多的特點，對其投資的過程存在許多難以預(yù)測的風(fēng)險，一些企業(yè)在項目投資過程中由于忽視了風(fēng)險評價或者評價方法不當(dāng)而蒙受了巨額損失。為了降低投資風(fēng)險、減少損失，就必須在投資前準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)計風(fēng)險。因此，運(yùn)用科學(xué)的項目投資風(fēng)險評價方法，為投資者正確、客觀地評價我國生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資風(fēng)險、更好地選擇投資領(lǐng)域和投資時機(jī)提供理論依據(jù)是十分必要的。 本文主要從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行研究：首先，詳細(xì)介紹了研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、主要內(nèi)容及研究方法；其次，對我國生物制藥上市公司投資風(fēng)險外部影響因素進(jìn)行了量化分析。結(jié)合我國生物制藥業(yè)和風(fēng)險投資業(yè)的特點，構(gòu)建了我國生物制藥上市公司投資風(fēng)險外部影響因素體系。在此體系的基礎(chǔ)上，，將AHP法和模糊評價法相結(jié)合，確定各影響因素的權(quán)重，并對各影響因素的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評價；再次，對我國生物制藥上市公司投資風(fēng)險內(nèi)部影響因素進(jìn)行了研究。文章結(jié)合上市公司內(nèi)部影響因素的特點，從風(fēng)險和收益的角度出發(fā)，構(gòu)建了投資風(fēng)險評價指標(biāo)體系。文章以我國31家主營生物制藥的上市公司為研究樣本，利用主成分-聚類分析法，對樣本公司的投資風(fēng)險進(jìn)行綜合評價，并按照投資風(fēng)險大小將這些公司進(jìn)行了排序并簡單分類；最后，提出我國生物制藥業(yè)投資環(huán)境中存在的問題，并針對這些問題提出防范對策及建議。
[Abstract]:Biopharmaceutical industry is one of the most rapidly developing industries in high-tech industry, which has attractive investment prospect and huge investment potential.However, as a highly technology-intensive high-tech project, biopharmaceutical projects have the characteristics of high technical requirements, large capital occupation, and many uncertain factors. There are many unpredictable risks to the investment process of biopharmaceutical projects.Some enterprises have suffered huge losses because of neglecting risk evaluation or improper evaluation methods in the process of project investment.In order to reduce investment risk and reduce loss, risk must be accurately predicted before investment.Therefore, it is necessary for investors to evaluate the investment risk of biopharmaceutical industry correctly and objectively, and to choose the investment field and the investment opportunity better by using the scientific evaluation method of project investment risk.This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects: first, has introduced the research background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the main content and the research method in detail; secondly,The external factors influencing the investment risk of biopharmaceutical listed companies in China are analyzed quantitatively.Based on the characteristics of biopharmaceutical industry and venture capital industry in China, a system of external factors influencing the investment risk of biopharmaceutical listed companies in China is constructed.On the basis of this system, the AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method are combined to determine the weight of each influencing factor, and to evaluate the current situation of each influencing factor.This paper studies the internal influencing factors of investment risk of biopharmaceutical listed companies in China.Based on the characteristics of internal influencing factors of listed companies, this paper constructs an index system of investment risk evaluation from the point of view of risk and income.In this paper, 31 listed biopharmaceutical companies in China are taken as the research samples, and the investment risk of the sample companies is comprehensively evaluated by principal component cluster analysis.According to the investment risk, these companies are sorted and classified simply. Finally, the problems existing in the investment environment of biological pharmaceutical industry in China are put forward, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.
