【摘要】：私募股權(quán)投資基金是直接融資的重要組成部分，也是連接投融資市場(chǎng)和資本市場(chǎng)的重要紐帶，國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)踐證明，私募股權(quán)投資基金對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、資本市場(chǎng)完善和被投資企業(yè)發(fā)展都有著非常大的積極影響，在市場(chǎng)資源配置特別是發(fā)展新興產(chǎn)業(yè)方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。 吉林省作為經(jīng)濟(jì)金融欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，長(zhǎng)時(shí)期內(nèi)投資拉動(dòng)仍將作為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的首要手段，必須重視和發(fā)揮私募股權(quán)投資基金的作用，促進(jìn)域內(nèi)外資本與吉林省優(yōu)質(zhì)資源結(jié)合，激活后發(fā)地區(qū)的增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力。本文首先從私募股權(quán)投資基金的概念入手，分析其基本定義、特點(diǎn)，以及其在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合吉林省的發(fā)展實(shí)際，對(duì)吉林省培育發(fā)展私募股權(quán)投資基金進(jìn)行SWOT分析，并得出在相對(duì)有利內(nèi)外環(huán)境下，吉林省應(yīng)該搶抓機(jī)遇，找準(zhǔn)定位，突出自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，采取針對(duì)性的措施，吸引和鼓勵(lì)境內(nèi)外資本在吉林省設(shè)立私募股權(quán)投資基金，形成規(guī)模效應(yīng)，取得比較優(yōu)勢(shì)，助推吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Private equity investment fund is an important part of direct financing, it is also an important link between investment and financing market and capital market.The perfection of capital market and the development of invested enterprises have great positive influence, and play an irreplaceable role in the allocation of market resources, especially in the development of emerging industries.Jilin Province, as an underdeveloped region of economy and finance, will still be the primary means to promote economic growth in a long period of time. It is necessary to attach importance to and give full play to the role of private equity investment funds, and to promote the combination of capital inside and outside the region and high-quality resources in Jilin Province.Activate the growth momentum in the later areas.This paper begins with the concept of private equity investment fund, analyzes its basic definition, characteristics, and its development status at home and abroad, combined with the development of Jilin Province, Jilin Province to foster the development of private equity investment fund SWOT analysis,And it is concluded that Jilin Province should seize the opportunity, find the right position, highlight its own advantages, take targeted measures to attract and encourage domestic and foreign capital to set up private equity investment fund in Jilin Province to form a scale effect under the relatively favorable internal and external environment.Obtain comparative advantage, boost Jilin province economy is good and fast development.
