振興證券企業(yè)文化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)的到來,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已不再是技術(shù)或者產(chǎn)品等某一方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是企業(yè)綜合能力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),表現(xiàn)為技術(shù)、人才、文化等各個(gè)層面的相互滲透與深刻影響。而作為企業(yè)綜合實(shí)力構(gòu)成要素的企業(yè)文化建設(shè),相應(yīng)地面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。重視企業(yè)文化并且不斷加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是企業(yè)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)條件下生存和發(fā)展的必然要求。從普遍意義上看,一個(gè)企業(yè)如果能夠建立起與整個(gè)社會(huì)所奉行的價(jià)值觀相一致的企業(yè)文化體系,這樣的文化也必將對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展起到巨大的推動(dòng)作用。特別是在我國(guó),作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要組成部分的金融行業(yè),其企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是我國(guó)精神文明建設(shè)的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,尤其需要建設(shè)起一套符合社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè),符合科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化體系。 伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的推進(jìn),社會(huì)微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)體——企業(yè)對(duì)于資金提出了日益多樣化的需求,催生了中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的萌芽和二十年間不斷的探索與發(fā)展。在此前提下,不少證券企業(yè)通過自身努力已經(jīng)在發(fā)展的道路上取得了一定成就,但也有少數(shù)證券企業(yè)仍舊處在一個(gè)不斷摸索的過程中,短命甚至?xí)一ㄒ滑F(xiàn)的企業(yè)比比皆是。這既有來自宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的深刻影響,以及資本市場(chǎng)的不成熟等客觀條件對(duì)證券企業(yè)生存、發(fā)展造成的不利影響,也是證券企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)過程中自身所存在天然缺陷的反映。通過研究作者發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)文化建設(shè)上的缺陷已經(jīng)成為了阻礙證券企業(yè)深化改革發(fā)展的一個(gè)深層次原因,尤其需要引起廣大管理者的關(guān)注。證券企業(yè)只有在繼承的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)現(xiàn)有企業(yè)文化進(jìn)行不間斷的創(chuàng)新探索,才能充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)文化的巨大作用,提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 振興證券是成立十年,最近幾年發(fā)展速度較快的區(qū)域性中小券商,其規(guī)模、品牌、文化、貢獻(xiàn)和地位等都在我國(guó)證券行業(yè)中都極具代表性。振興證券企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中反映出的種種問題也正是這一類證券公司普遍遭遇的文化難題。為了尋找二次發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,為企業(yè)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大規(guī)模、加快發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ),振興證券到了必須深入思考文化建設(shè)方面問題的時(shí)候了。作者通過多種分析手段深入分析研究,對(duì)振興證券現(xiàn)有文化在企業(yè)發(fā)展中所發(fā)揮的積極因素與消極因素做了描述,通過系統(tǒng)理論的提升,在普遍層面概括性的提出了振興證券在文化建設(shè)方面需關(guān)注的幾個(gè)要素,并細(xì)化為具體方案。作者希望通過對(duì)振興證券企業(yè)文化的分析研究,總結(jié)出以文化推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展可遵循的規(guī)律和模式,并且在有機(jī)會(huì)的條件下將模范企業(yè)先進(jìn)的文化理念和成功案例進(jìn)行推廣和宣傳,讓更多證券企業(yè)關(guān)注到企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的重要意義,并且從中得到有益的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the trend of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is no longer the competition of technology or products, but the competition of comprehensive ability of enterprises, which is manifested by technology and talents. Culture and other levels of mutual penetration and profound impact. And as an element of corporate comprehensive strength of corporate culture construction, Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to survive and develop under the condition of fierce market competition. If an enterprise can establish a corporate culture system that is consistent with the values held by the whole society, such a culture will certainly play a great role in promoting the development of the enterprise, especially in our country. As an important part of the national economy, the construction of enterprise culture is an important part of the construction of spiritual civilization in our country, and it is especially necessary to build a set of enterprises in line with the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. The modern enterprise culture system that accords with the scientific development view. With the development of our country's economic system reform, the social micro-economy-enterprises put forward increasingly diversified demand for capital, which gave birth to the germination of China's securities market and the continuous exploration and development in the past 20 years. Many securities enterprises have made some achievements on the way of development through their own efforts, but a few securities enterprises are still in a process of continuous exploration. Short-lived and even short-lived enterprises abound. This has a profound impact on the macroeconomic environment, as well as an adverse impact on the survival and development of securities enterprises caused by objective conditions such as the immaturity of the capital market. It is also a reflection of the natural defects existing in the growth process of securities enterprises. Through the study, the author finds that the defects in the construction of enterprise culture have become a deep-seated reason that hinders the deepening reform and development of securities enterprises. In particular, it is necessary to arouse the attention of managers. Only through continuous innovation and exploration of the existing corporate culture on the basis of inheritance, can securities enterprises give full play to the enormous role of corporate culture and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. To realize the strategic goal of long-term and stable development of the enterprise. Revitalizing Securities is a regional medium and small securities firm that has been established for ten years and has developed more rapidly in recent years. Its scale, brand, culture, The contribution and status are very representative in China's securities industry. The problems reflected in the rejuvenation of securities enterprise culture construction are also the common cultural problems encountered by this kind of securities companies. In order to find the motive force of secondary development, It is time for enterprises to further expand their scale and accelerate their development, and the time has come for revitalizing securities to think deeply about cultural construction. The author makes in-depth analysis and research through a variety of analytical means. This paper describes the positive and negative factors that the existing culture of revitalizing securities plays in the development of the enterprise. Through the promotion of the system theory, it puts forward several elements that should be paid attention to in the cultural construction of revitalizing securities on the general level. The author hopes to sum up the rules and patterns that can be followed by promoting the development of enterprises by culture through the analysis and study of revitalizing the culture of securities enterprises. And under the condition of opportunity, the advanced cultural ideas and successful cases of model enterprises are popularized and propagated, so that more securities enterprises pay attention to the significance of enterprise culture construction, and get beneficial inspiration from them.
