【摘要】：基金經(jīng)理作為基金運(yùn)作的靈魂人物,對(duì)基金業(yè)績(jī)有著重大影響。然而現(xiàn)行不健全的監(jiān)管制度,造成部分基金經(jīng)理投資心態(tài)扭曲,引發(fā)內(nèi)幕交易、老鼠倉等事件,同時(shí)投資時(shí)的羊群行為也大大傷害了投資者利益,同時(shí)也引發(fā)了社會(huì)各界質(zhì)疑現(xiàn)行的基金經(jīng)理激勵(lì)制度,認(rèn)為由薪酬、基金管理費(fèi)、職業(yè)聲譽(yù)、相對(duì)業(yè)績(jī)排序等因素組成的考核體系扭曲了基金經(jīng)理正常的投資心態(tài),同時(shí)也暴露了我國對(duì)于基金經(jīng)理相關(guān)的監(jiān)督機(jī)制非常脆弱。本文首先闡述了國內(nèi)基金經(jīng)理激勵(lì)制度的對(duì)基金經(jīng)理投資心態(tài)的影響,以及現(xiàn)有的監(jiān)督、制衡機(jī)制的漏洞,明確開發(fā)基金經(jīng)理心態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)的必要性。其次,通過對(duì)情感計(jì)算技術(shù)的詳細(xì)描述,分析了通過該技術(shù)開發(fā)基金經(jīng)理心態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)的可行性。并在此基礎(chǔ)上通過對(duì)基金經(jīng)理在下單、研究討論過程中的語音分析,和行為模式的分析技術(shù),幫助管理層更好監(jiān)控基金經(jīng)理投資動(dòng)向,防范基金經(jīng)理因私人因素傷害投資人利益的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。此外,針對(duì)商務(wù)智能系統(tǒng)對(duì)人的行為模式、語音分析模塊作詳細(xì)分析,例如當(dāng)輸入外界某種信號(hào)刺激的情況下,收集基金經(jīng)理的反應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)做回歸分析,從而得出薪酬、業(yè)內(nèi)排名等因素與基金經(jīng)理投資時(shí)情感數(shù)據(jù)之間的關(guān)系,再輔以其它信息采集手段,最大程度獲取可靠的分析結(jié)果。最后將擴(kuò)展這種應(yīng)用的使用范圍,探討今后擴(kuò)展至數(shù)家基金公司使用的可行性,借助云計(jì)算等面向服務(wù)的技術(shù),將這種模式推廣至多家基金公司,使之成為通用的檢測(cè)基金經(jīng)理心態(tài)分析的方式。
[Abstract]:As the soul of the fund operation, the fund manager has a great influence on the fund performance. However, the current imperfect supervision system has caused some fund managers to distort their investment mentality, causing insider trading, rat trading and other incidents. At the same time, the herd behavior when investing has also greatly harmed the interests of investors, and has also caused people from all walks of life to question the current incentive system for fund managers, believing that compensation, fund management fees, professional reputation, The appraisal system, which is composed of relative performance ranking and other factors, distorts the normal investment mentality of fund managers. At the same time, it also exposes that the supervision mechanism of fund manager in China is very weak. Firstly, this paper expounds the influence of domestic fund manager incentive system on the investment mentality of fund manager, as well as the loopholes of the existing supervision and check and balance mechanism. Make clear the necessity of the psychological analysis system for development fund managers. Secondly, through the detailed description of emotional computing technology, This paper analyzes the feasibility of developing the fund manager's psychology analysis system through this technology, and on this basis, through the analysis technology of the voice analysis and behavior pattern of the fund manager in the process of issuing the order, studying the discussion, To help managers better monitor fund managers' investment trends and prevent fund managers from harming investors' interests because of private factors. In addition, the voice analysis module analyzes the behavior patterns of people in business intelligence systems in detail. For example, when some external signal stimulates are input, the response data of fund managers are collected to make regression analysis, so as to obtain the relationship between compensation, industry ranking and emotional data when fund managers invest. Finally, we will expand the scope of use of this application, explore the feasibility of extending it to several fund companies in the future, and make use of service-oriented technologies such as cloud computing. This model will be extended to a number of fund companies, making it a common way to test the psychological analysis of fund managers.
