【摘要】：金融體系和資本市場(chǎng)是大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)揮作用的重要領(lǐng)域,本文從金融功能的視角系統(tǒng)分析大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代給金融體系和資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代本質(zhì)上是整個(gè)社會(huì)的真正大聯(lián)網(wǎng),生產(chǎn)力將得到巨大提升,金融因與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)更密不可分而向大金融模式轉(zhuǎn)變。資本市場(chǎng)也將發(fā)生變革,但變革效果受金融體系重構(gòu)進(jìn)程的影響,同時(shí)也受到金融體系內(nèi)部其他市場(chǎng)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的雙重挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前應(yīng)該站在整個(gè)社會(huì)大聯(lián)網(wǎng)的角度進(jìn)行金融監(jiān)管和服務(wù)的頂層設(shè)計(jì),打破部門本位主義,資本市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展和監(jiān)管盡早納入"大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代"因素,證券行業(yè)盡快考慮大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略以迎接大變革的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:The financial system and capital market are the important fields in which big data plays a role. This paper systematically analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought to the development of financial system and capital market from the perspective of financial function. Big data's era was essentially a real networking of the whole society, and the productivity would be greatly enhanced, and finance would be transformed into a large financial model because it was more closely related to the real economy. The capital market would also be transformed. But the effects of change are affected by the process of restructuring the financial system, as well as by the dual challenges of other markets within the financial system and Internet enterprises. At present, the top-level design of financial regulation and services should be carried out from the perspective of the large-scale networking of the whole society. To break the secularism, the development and supervision of capital market should be brought into the "big data era" as soon as possible, and the securities industry should consider big data strategy as soon as possible in order to meet the challenge of great change.
