【摘要】：作為一種金融創(chuàng)新工具,資產(chǎn)證券化在我國起步較晚,演變進程也是一波三折。本文探討了我國資產(chǎn)證券化過程中存在的種種問題,如法律瓶頸問題、信用評級問題、風(fēng)險控制問題和資產(chǎn)監(jiān)管問題等,并針對這些問題提出了相應(yīng)的改進措施。
[Abstract]:As a kind of financial innovation tool, asset securitization starts relatively late in our country, and the evolution process is also a series of twists and turns. This paper discusses the problems existing in the process of asset securitization in China, such as legal bottleneck problem, credit rating problem, etc. The problems of risk control and asset supervision are discussed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
