【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略作為理論界和學(xué)術(shù)界研究的一個熱點問題,引起了許多學(xué)者的關(guān)注,企業(yè)的上市戰(zhàn)略更加引人注意。本文結(jié)合筆者的工作內(nèi)容對高遠設(shè)備的上市戰(zhàn)略問題進行了分析研究。本文利用實地調(diào)查法、文獻資料法和定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的方法,在對高遠設(shè)備的外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析方法找出企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源與能力方面的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、外部環(huán)境中存在的機遇與威脅,得出了企業(yè)應(yīng)該利用其強大的內(nèi)部資源優(yōu)勢與外部環(huán)境中提供的機遇相適應(yīng)的增長型戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合高遠設(shè)備當(dāng)前公司的架構(gòu)、財務(wù)管理、產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、公司治理、營銷整合與公司在境內(nèi)A股上市的一些要求,對高遠設(shè)備的上市情況進行了分析,并對存在的問題進行了深入的探討,進而找出解決路徑,同時對高遠設(shè)備發(fā)行上市進行了嚴密的規(guī)劃。 研究結(jié)論表明,高遠設(shè)備比較適合于整體上市。本文同時也對整體上市的安排與方針進行了探討,并預(yù)計了高遠設(shè)備的上市進度。通過對高遠設(shè)備財務(wù)方面、出資方面的規(guī)范,使之很快的進入到資本市場,進行融資。高遠設(shè)備擬定的上市地點為中小板,上市策略為直接上市,在一至三年內(nèi)實現(xiàn)登陸境內(nèi)A股市場為最終目標。
[Abstract]:As a hot topic in theoretical and academic circles, strategy has attracted the attention of many scholars. The listing strategy of the enterprise is more attractive. This paper analyzes and studies the listing strategy of Gaoyuan equipment in combination with the author's work. This paper uses the field investigation method. On the basis of the analysis of the external and internal environment of the high distance equipment, the methods of literature and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are combined. Using SWOT strategic analysis method to find out the advantages and disadvantages of internal resources and capabilities, the opportunities and threats in the external environment. It is concluded that the enterprise should make use of its strong internal resource advantage and the opportunity provided in the external environment to adapt to the growth strategy, combined with the current company structure, financial management, product planning, corporate governance. Marketing integration and some requirements of domestic A-share listing, the listing situation of Gaoyuan equipment is analyzed, and the existing problems are discussed in depth to find out the way to solve the problem. At the same time, the high-distance equipment listing for the strict planning. The research results show that the high remote equipment is more suitable for the overall listing. At the same time, this paper also discusses the overall listing arrangements and policies, and predicts the listing progress of the high distance equipment. Through the financial aspects of the high distance equipment. The standard of capital contribution makes it enter the capital market very quickly to carry on the financing. The listed place of the high distance equipment is the small and medium-sized board, the listing strategy is the direct listing. In one to three years to achieve landing domestic A-share market for the ultimate goal.
