【摘要】：本文首先介紹資產(chǎn)證券化的定義，，發(fā)展歷程及發(fā)行交易過程，繼而對資產(chǎn)證券化在中國的發(fā)展歷程、目前的法律規(guī)范、已發(fā)行的產(chǎn)品、存在的問題進行分析，并對資產(chǎn)支持證券定價進行研究，通過結(jié)合案例分析，揭示資產(chǎn)支持證券這一創(chuàng)新形式的證券產(chǎn)品的重大意義和未來巨大的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the definition of asset securitization, the development process and the issuance process, and the development of asset securitization in Chinese, current laws and regulations, issued products, analysis of existing problems, and Research on asset backed securities pricing, through the combination of case analysis, reveal the assets in support of this innovation the form of securities are of great significance and great future prospects for development.
