【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的日益成熟與完善,證券公司在資本市場(chǎng)中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色,對(duì)我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的健康發(fā)展起到重要作用。本文選擇我國(guó)市場(chǎng)占有率較高的廣發(fā)證券作為證券公司的代表,對(duì)比其他八家市值較大的證券公司,比較分析其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及上市以來(lái)股票的價(jià)格走勢(shì),測(cè)算出廣發(fā)證券股票的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)收益特征,初步探討了在資本市場(chǎng)中扮演重要角色的證券業(yè)的估值定價(jià)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's capital market increasingly mature and perfect, the securities company plays an increasingly important role in the capital market, the healthy development of China's capital market has played an important role. This paper chooses Chinese higher market share of GF Securities as a representative of the securities company, compared to the other eight large market value of securities companies comparative analysis of stock price trend, its core competitiveness and since listing, calculate the risk return characteristics of GF Securities stock, discusses the valuation pricing plays an important role in the capital market in the securities industry problems.

【正文快照】： 一、引言隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮發(fā)展和資本市場(chǎng)的不斷完善,我國(guó)證券行業(yè)也迎來(lái)了自身發(fā)展的有利時(shí)期,但由于近幾年我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)持續(xù)低迷的態(tài)勢(shì),造成了證券行業(yè)業(yè)績(jī)普遍不佳。但從本質(zhì)上來(lái)講,投資者在正常的市場(chǎng)行情下是可以通過(guò)投資證券類(lèi)股票來(lái)分享經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)所帶來(lái)的收益的。，
