阿聯(lián)酋某公司園林工程項目質量管理研究

  隨著全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,生態(tài)環(huán)境問題越來越引起各國政府的重視,在各國城市規(guī)劃建設過程中,城市園林設計是其重要的組成部分,城市園林設計是否合理直接關乎城市是否宜居,進而影響到人們的生活幸福度。經(jīng)過金融危機的洗禮,阿拉伯聯(lián)合酋長國(以下簡稱阿聯(lián)酋)力求擺脫化石能源產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的單一經(jīng)濟,加速向可持續(xù)發(fā)展的多元化經(jīng)濟轉型,隨著政府加大基礎設施建設投資政策的出臺,阿聯(lián)酋工程項目市場呈現(xiàn)了巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿。與此同時,我國也十分重視城市園林建設,為加強阿聯(lián)酋綠色文明建設,政府通過制定引導性政策等不斷提高綠色生態(tài)文明在國家發(fā)展中的地位以及目標。園林工程作為綠色生態(tài)文明建設的重要一環(huán),是一個城市的重要基礎設施,是市民活動感受生態(tài)文明建設的活動中心,同時也是一個城市發(fā)展水平的表現(xiàn)。阿聯(lián)酋政府為了可持續(xù)發(fā)展,特別是在園林城市、森林城市方面建設做出了非常多的努力。但是阿聯(lián)酋在大量的城市園林工程建設中,各種工程問題都被集中暴露,管理的粗放,建設資源的浪費,效率低下等;谏鲜霰尘,本文充分閱讀相關文獻和相關案例,把改進型的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡技術引入質量管理,構建了一款基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡的阿聯(lián)酋園林工程項目質量管理系統(tǒng),本系統(tǒng)工程施工質...
