    前言：為了更好地學(xué)習(xí)、落實衛(wèi)生部《醫(yī)院管理評價指南(試行)》(以下簡稱指南),對國內(nèi)外卓越績效評價與管理大量文獻(xiàn)比較研究,從而使醫(yī)院更好地了解醫(yī)院戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),努力提高醫(yī)療質(zhì)量,更好地為病人服務(wù),保證醫(yī)院整體價值最大化。文章介紹了美國、日本、英國、加拿大、俄羅斯等相關(guān)國家的醫(yī)院質(zhì)量管理卓越績效評價情況,同時也介紹了我國醫(yī)院評價的情況。
    The author compares lots of literatures on performance evaluation and management in China and other countries inorder to learn and practice the Hospital Management Evaluation Guideline. This work would be helpful to learn strategies andstandard to improve medical quality and service patient, which could improve hospitals better value. The paper introduces qualityand performance management in USA, Japan, UK, Canada, Russia and other countries and some lessons in China.
