【摘要】：近些年,信息化的快速發(fā)展使得作為社會(huì)化媒體重要形式之一的傳播媒介經(jīng)歷了巨大的變化,微博迅速占領(lǐng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論新市場,呈現(xiàn)出爆發(fā)式發(fā)展。其迅猛的發(fā)展主要?dú)w結(jié)于其得天獨(dú)厚的特點(diǎn),即微博的開放性、即時(shí)性以及互動(dòng)性。隨著微博的迅速發(fā)展,作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政在微博領(lǐng)域的延伸和補(bǔ)充,越來越多的政府機(jī)構(gòu)和公務(wù)人員開通了政務(wù)微博,政務(wù)微博也逐漸成為政府信息公開和與群眾互動(dòng)的重要方式。本文對(duì)烏海市政務(wù)微博進(jìn)行研究,通過對(duì)烏海市政務(wù)微博發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和數(shù)據(jù)分析,在總結(jié)其存在的問題基礎(chǔ)上,提出了未來的發(fā)展策略,使政務(wù)微博能夠真正起到烏海市政府機(jī)構(gòu)與群眾之間的橋梁的作用。論文由以下四部分組成：第一部分陳述政務(wù)微博的有關(guān)概念,并提出政務(wù)微博的定義、政務(wù)微博的類型、政務(wù)微博的功能、以及發(fā)展所需的基礎(chǔ)條件和建設(shè)的必要性。第二部分主要對(duì)現(xiàn)階段烏海市政務(wù)微博的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、政務(wù)微博發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題及產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析。首先分析烏海市政務(wù)微博的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,接著指出發(fā)展政務(wù)微博存在的問題,最后分析產(chǎn)生問題的原因。第三部分介紹國內(nèi)外政務(wù)微博發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四部分是對(duì)烏海市政務(wù)微博的發(fā)展提出一些對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the media, as one of the important forms of social media, has undergone great changes. Weibo has rapidly occupied the new market of network public opinion, showing explosive development. Its rapid development is mainly due to its unique characteristics, that is, the openness, timeliness and interaction of Weibo. With the rapid development of Weibo, as the extension and supplement of network political inquiry in Weibo field, more and more government agencies and public officials have opened the government Weibo, and the government affairs Weibo has gradually become an important way for government information disclosure and interaction with the masses. This paper studies Wuhai government Weibo, through the analysis of the present situation and data of Wuhai government Weibo, on the basis of summing up its existing problems, puts forward the future development strategy. So that the government Weibo can really play the role of a bridge between Wuhai government agencies and the masses. The paper consists of the following four parts: the first part describes the related concepts of government Weibo, and puts forward the definition of government Weibo, the type of government Weibo, the function of government Weibo, as well as the basic conditions for development and the necessity of construction. The second part mainly analyzes the development of government Weibo in Wuhai City at the present stage, the problems encountered in the development process of government Weibo and the causes. This paper first analyzes the present situation of the development of government Weibo in Wuhai City, then points out the problems existing in the development of government Weibo, and finally analyzes the causes of the problems. The third part introduces the successful experience of Weibo development at home and abroad. The fourth part is to Wuhai city government Weibo development put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
