【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為,社會(huì)主義社會(huì)應(yīng)當(dāng)奉行"社會(huì)至上"之原則,而不是"國(guó)家至上"的原則。中華傳統(tǒng)之一是:國(guó)家與社會(huì)并存并行。反省今日之現(xiàn)狀,我們務(wù)必把社會(huì)的還給社會(huì),國(guó)家的歸國(guó)家。國(guó)家之道、治國(guó)之道,與社稷之道和社稷治理之道,迥然有別。治國(guó)重在治權(quán),治吏;治理社會(huì)靠道義,禮以成之;道義與禮,非國(guó)家權(quán)力可塑,只能由民眾自治之智慧成之。
[Abstract]:This paper argues that the socialist society should adhere to the principle of "social supremacy", not the principle of "state supremacy". One of the Chinese traditions is that the state and society coexist side by side. Reflecting on the present situation of today, we must return the society to the society and the country to the country. The way of the country, the rule of the country, is different from the way of the country and the way of the governance of the country. Governance depends on morality and courtesy. Morality and propriety, non-state power can be molded only by the wisdom of self-government of the people.
