【摘要】：社會公平從古至今都是人類追求的崇高社會理想。對社會公平的感知即社會公平感直接決定著個體的機構信任,并影響其公共合作參與。本研究將社會公平感分為分配公平和程序公平,將機構信任度分為工具信任和動機信任,采用實驗室情境設計的方法,引入最后通牒博弈和免責博弈范式,通過2個實驗系統(tǒng)探討"公正無私,一言而萬民齊"的因果機制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)分配公平與程序公平正作用于個體的公共合作態(tài)度與意向,在此基礎上建立起公共合作的雙路徑模型:外部路徑由分配公平產(chǎn)生工具信任和動機信任,進而觸發(fā)公共合作;內(nèi)部路徑由程序公平產(chǎn)生動機信任和工具信任,進而觸發(fā)公共合作;二者結合構成個體參與公共合作的雙動力系統(tǒng)。雙路徑模型的適用性在組織情境和社會情境下均得到了支持。
[Abstract]:Social justice has been a lofty social ideal pursued by mankind since ancient times. The perception of social justice, that is, the sense of social justice, directly determines the institutional trust of individuals and affects their participation in public cooperation. In this study, social justice is divided into distributive justice and procedural justice, and institutional trust is divided into tool trust and motivational trust. The method of laboratory situation design is used to introduce ultimatum game and exemption game paradigm. Through two experimental systems, this paper discusses the cause and effect mechanism of "justice and selflessness, one word and all people". It is found that distributive justice and procedural justice play a positive role in the attitude and intention of individual public cooperation. On this basis, a two-path model of public cooperation is established: the external path generates instrumental trust and motivational trust from distributive justice; Then trigger public cooperation; The internal path generates motivation trust and tool trust from procedural fairness, and then triggers public cooperation, and the combination of the two forms a dual power system for individual participation in public cooperation. The applicability of the two-path model is supported in both organizational and social contexts.
