【摘要】：正一、注釋的目的1.標(biāo)明作者在文章中直接或間接引用的任何其他人的語(yǔ)句出處。2.標(biāo)明文章中不常見(jiàn)的史實(shí)或事實(shí)的出處。如系眾所周知的事實(shí)則不必作注。3.標(biāo)明文章中借用他人的理論、論斷、思想、觀點(diǎn)或意見(jiàn)的出處。不標(biāo)明出處或來(lái)源便借用、甚或大段錄用上述內(nèi)容,不僅違反學(xué)術(shù)道德,而且可能觸犯《著作權(quán)法》。上述三類注釋如系轉(zhuǎn)引自第二手材料,出處應(yīng)注明為轉(zhuǎn)引的第二手材料,而不能根據(jù)第二手材料中的注釋,將出處注為原材料(第一手材料),除非作者親自查閱
