【摘要】：近些年來(lái),社區(qū)青年志愿服務(wù)開(kāi)展地如火如荼,成為后單位制時(shí)代中國(guó)社區(qū)建設(shè)的一股重要力量。社區(qū)志愿者們服務(wù)在各種志愿活動(dòng)中,充分體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)代青年的風(fēng)采。這不僅有利于推動(dòng)社區(qū)德育工作,而且有利于培養(yǎng)青年正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀,最重要是有利于建設(shè)幸福與和諧的社區(qū)生活環(huán)境。然而,因?yàn)樯鐓^(qū)志愿服務(wù)發(fā)展歷程較短、國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒不足,出現(xiàn)了一系列的問(wèn)題。本文擬以云南省麗江市古城區(qū)的社區(qū)青年志愿服務(wù)為例,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)志愿服務(wù)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行借鑒學(xué)習(xí)、對(duì)部分古城社區(qū)青年開(kāi)展問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、對(duì)參與社區(qū)青年志愿服務(wù)工作的相關(guān)人士進(jìn)行訪談等方式,研究目前麗江市古城區(qū)社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,并認(rèn)真分析探討存在的問(wèn)題及原因,最后提出在社會(huì)機(jī)制和組織機(jī)制方面的對(duì)策建議,期待本文對(duì)麗江市社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論研究和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, community youth voluntary service is in full swing, and has become an important force in Chinese community construction in the post-unit era. Community volunteers serve in a variety of voluntary activities, fully reflect the style of contemporary youth. This is not only conducive to the promotion of community moral education, but also conducive to the cultivation of the youth's correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and the most important is to build a happy and harmonious community living environment. However, because of the short history of community voluntary service and the shortage of foreign advanced experience, a series of problems appeared. This paper takes the volunteer service of community youth in Gucheng District of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province as an example, and carries out a questionnaire survey on the youth of some ancient city communities through the experience of voluntary service at home and abroad as well as the relevant literature. In this paper, we have conducted interviews with people involved in community youth volunteer service, studied the present situation of community voluntary service in Gucheng District of Lijiang City, and seriously analyzed the existing problems and reasons. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on social mechanism and organization mechanism, and looks forward to the benefit of this paper to the theoretical research and practical activities of community voluntary service in Lijiang City.
