新疆事業(yè)單位人力資本投入問題研究

【摘要】:隨著我國改革開放以及信息化進程的不斷深入,近年來我國在各個方面均取得了較快的發(fā)展,尤其是對高科技人才的需求也極具增強,越來越多的公共部門、企業(yè)、公司重視人才培訓。新疆新一輪智力援疆的開展充分體現(xiàn)了政府部門對人才、教育等投入的重視,本文從價值角度出發(fā),以人力資本投入為切入點對新疆事業(yè)單位管理中人力資本的投入進行價值計量分析,本文從新疆最基本的人力資本的現(xiàn)狀分析,通過收集相關(guān)人力資本投入相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進行定量分析,進而反應(yīng)新疆事業(yè)單位人力資本投入中的投入比例以及所創(chuàng)造的貢獻價值,通過現(xiàn)狀、定量的分析反饋目前新疆事業(yè)單位人力資本存在的問題,并對新疆事業(yè)單位人力資本的投入提出可行性的建議,對促進新疆經(jīng)濟的進一步發(fā)展提供動力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the process of information technology, in recent years, our country has made rapid development in all aspects, especially the demand for high-tech personnel is also very strong, more and more public sector, enterprises, The company attaches importance to talent training. The development of the new round of intelligence aid in Xinjiang fully reflects the importance that government departments attach to the investment in talents and education. This paper proceeds from the perspective of value. From the point of view of human capital investment, this paper analyzes the value of human capital investment in the management of Xinjiang institutions. This paper analyzes the current situation of human capital in Xinjiang from the point of view of the most basic human capital. By collecting relevant human capital input data for quantitative analysis, and then reflecting the proportion of human capital input in Xinjiang institutions and the contribution value created, through the status quo, Quantitative analysis and feedback of the existing problems of human capital in Xinjiang institutions, and put forward feasible suggestions for the investment of human capital in Xinjiang institutions, to promote the further development of Xinjiang economy.
