【摘要】：民族傳統(tǒng)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)模式在云南提出并得到了較好實(shí)踐,它以保護(hù)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)為核心,以自然生態(tài)和文化生態(tài)的整體性保護(hù)為目的。依據(jù)生態(tài)人類學(xué)"文化生態(tài)"理論和云南省民族傳統(tǒng)文化政策保護(hù)規(guī)定,民族傳統(tǒng)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)更加注重生態(tài)性,縮小規(guī)模、突顯文化同質(zhì)性,盡量避免與其他民族文化出現(xiàn)保護(hù)上的交叉,是一種因時(shí)制宜、因地制宜的小規(guī)模保護(hù)策略。建設(shè)理念、政策規(guī)范性、村民主體意識(shí)及加強(qiáng)民族村寨社區(qū)建設(shè)是保護(hù)區(qū)建設(shè)取得成功的重要因素。在全球化背景下和現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中,該模式有利于促進(jìn)文化與生態(tài)、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)全面協(xié)調(diào)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The mode of national traditional cultural ecological reserve has been put forward and put into practice in Yunnan. It takes the protection of intangible cultural heritage as the core and the whole protection of natural ecology and cultural ecology as the purpose. According to the theory of "cultural ecology" of ecological anthropology and the protection regulations of Yunnan's national traditional culture policy, the national traditional culture ecological reserve pays more attention to ecology, reduces the scale and highlights the homogeneity of culture. Avoiding the crossover with other national cultures is a small-scale protection strategy. The construction idea, the policy standard, the villager main body consciousness and strengthens the national village community construction are the important factors which the reserve construction obtains the success. Under the background of globalization and in the process of modernization, this model is conducive to promoting the overall coordination and sustainable development of culture and ecology, society and economy.
