AB研究院技術(shù)人員績(jī)效考核體系研究
[Abstract]:AB Research Institute is a public welfare scientific research institution undertaking geological exploration in the whole province. At present, it is faced with the double pressure of market competition and enterprise interior, especially many problems existing in the performance appraisal of human resource management in enterprises. Therefore, scientific and reasonable human resource performance appraisal system is urgently needed to promote the improvement of enterprise management. On the basis of theoretical analysis of related performance research, this paper chooses the professional and technical personnel of AB Research Institute as the research object and the key performance evaluation index method as the basic method. Combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the expert investigation method, the index and the weight of the technical personnel performance appraisal are designed, and the whole system of the technical personnel performance appraisal in the AB Research Institute is studied. First of all, on the basis of the existing relevant theoretical research, through the introduction of the research background, research significance, research content and methods; at the same time, the relevant theories are collected, collated and analyzed. The basic concepts of performance appraisal and the evaluation index system and methods are briefly summarized. That is, the AB Research Institute made a brief introduction and a more detailed analysis of the examination system of the professional and technical personnel of the AB Research Institute. Based on the analysis of the work of the professional and technical personnel of the AB Academy and the related theories and methods, this paper designs the performance appraisal index. In particular, the key performance appraisal index and the expert investigation method are used to determine the evaluation index. Use AHP to determine the corresponding weight coefficient, and set a scoring standard; next, this paper designed the assessment scheme and process and provided supporting measures; finally, the article gave a general overview of the article, And put forward the insufficient research. Through the research on the performance appraisal system of the professional technical personnel of the AB Research Institute, this paper hopes to study the performance appraisal system of the professional technical personnel of the AB Research Institute by analyzing the relevant theories of the performance appraisal. In order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the same industry technical personnel performance appraisal. Through this research, the professional technicians of AB Research Institute can be encouraged, so that the AB Research Institute can make greater progress in technology and obtain better development.
