【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代性政治語境中,邊疆一詞蘊(yùn)含著單一性、被克服以及封閉性這樣三方面思維特征。這種思維既是對(duì)現(xiàn)代政治的反映,同時(shí)也能很好地分析和解決現(xiàn)代政治中的諸種邊疆問題。然而在全球化時(shí)代,邊疆一詞既不能對(duì)新時(shí)代所出現(xiàn)的諸種政治狀況作出合理概括;也無法通過其所蘊(yùn)含的特定思維邏輯推導(dǎo)出全球化時(shí)代與邊疆相關(guān)的諸種問題的有效解決方案�；诖�,我們需要引入邊境這樣一個(gè)新概念來分析全球化時(shí)代在國界線周圍日漸興起的各種新政治現(xiàn)象。邊境意指國界線穿過的互動(dòng)性區(qū)域。一方面,邊境是一塊以國界線作為最明顯標(biāo)識(shí)的地理區(qū)域;另一方面,它又是一塊以多種多樣的跨界互動(dòng)為特征的社會(huì)性異質(zhì)區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:In the political context of modernity, the word borderland contains three thinking characteristics: singularity, being overcome and closeness. This kind of thinking is not only a reflection of modern politics, but also a good way to analyze and solve all kinds of frontier problems in modern politics. However, in the era of globalization, the word "frontier" cannot reasonably generalize all kinds of political conditions that appear in the new era. Nor can we deduce the effective solutions to the problems related to the frontier in the era of globalization through the specific thinking logic contained in it. Based on this, we need to introduce a new concept of border to analyze the new political phenomena around the boundary in the era of globalization. A border means an interactive area through which a boundary line crosses. On the one hand, the border is a geographical area marked most clearly by the boundary line; on the other hand, it is a social heterogeneity region characterized by a variety of cross-border interactions.
