【摘要】：作為腐敗治理的終端機(jī)制,公職人員財(cái)產(chǎn)申報(bào)制度具有主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)和揭露腐敗、預(yù)防腐敗、保護(hù)公職人員依法從事公務(wù)活動(dòng)、保持公務(wù)活動(dòng)的廉潔性以及維系人民對(duì)公職人員的信賴等功能。為了全面、理性地認(rèn)識(shí)其功能,我們還需要意識(shí)到財(cái)產(chǎn)申報(bào)制度融合了監(jiān)督性功能與保護(hù)性功能,兼具了功能有效性與功能累積性。
[Abstract]:As the terminal mechanism of corruption management, the property declaration system of public officials has the initiative to discover and expose corruption, to prevent corruption, and to protect public officials from engaging in official activities according to law. To maintain the integrity of public activities and maintain the people's trust in public officials and other functions. In order to fully and rationally understand its function, we also need to realize that the property declaration system combines the supervisory function and the protective function, as well as the functional validity and the function accumulation.
