【摘要】：民生是人民群眾最基本的生活需要問(wèn)題,它既體現(xiàn)著人民群眾直接的、實(shí)際的、具體的利益,又關(guān)系著人民群眾根本的、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的、整體的利益。中國(guó)自古以來(lái)就將“國(guó)計(jì)”與“民生”相提并論,民生問(wèn)題也一直與國(guó)家的發(fā)展存亡有著密切的關(guān)系。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,民生問(wèn)題的越來(lái)越受到重視。作為地方政府,必須順應(yīng)這一時(shí)代要求,切實(shí)把人民群眾的利益擺在第一位,把人民群眾的冷暖放在心上,從點(diǎn)滴入手,實(shí)現(xiàn)好、維護(hù)好、發(fā)展好最廣大人民群眾的根本利益。本文從民生政府的概念入手,分析了長(zhǎng)春市民生政府建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題及原因,綜合考慮,給出了長(zhǎng)春市在未來(lái)民生政府建設(shè)過(guò)程中可以參考的建設(shè)路徑和方向。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood is the most basic living need of the people. It not only reflects the direct, practical and concrete interests of the people, but also relates to the fundamental, long-term and overall interests of the people. Since ancient times, China has compared "national planning" with "people's livelihood", and the issue of people's livelihood has always been closely related to the survival and survival of the country. With the development of economy and society in our country, people's livelihood has been paid more and more attention. As a local government, we must conform to the requirements of the times, put the interests of the masses in the first place, put the people's cold and warm on their hearts, start with little by little, realize, safeguard, and develop the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the people. Starting with the concept of the people's livelihood government, this paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and reasons of the construction of Changchun's people's livelihood government, and gives the construction path and direction that Changchun can refer to in the process of the construction of the government of people's livelihood in the future.
