自媒體時代政府形象管理研究

【摘要】:進入新世紀以來,隨著信息技術和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的發(fā)展,自媒體平臺的廣泛運用改變了傳統(tǒng)的政府信息傳播方式,對政府形象的管理產(chǎn)生了新的重要影響。由于自媒體已經(jīng)介入到政府形象的構建中,政府所面臨的形象管理問題也呈現(xiàn)多樣化的趨勢。只有認真研究自媒體時代下的政府形象管理問題,才能在真正維護網(wǎng)絡自由的基礎上完善政府形象的建設。自媒體時代下,我國政府形象管理出現(xiàn)了新的問題。一方面,自媒體的出現(xiàn)拓寬了政府與公眾間交流的平臺,加深了官民的互動;另一方面,政府被迫公開暴露在公眾的視野下,形象管理面臨新的挑戰(zhàn),自媒體環(huán)境下新興的網(wǎng)絡輿情也同樣對政府的公信力提出挑戰(zhàn)。在借鑒傳播學理論的基礎上,深入剖析自媒體和政府形象管理的關系,探索出符合我國國情的政府形象管理路徑成為當務之急。必須采取有效措施,充分發(fā)揮和利用自媒體的傳播優(yōu)勢、切實加強政府自身的形象建設、加強主流媒體的改造與升級、借鑒西方政府形象管理的有益經(jīng)驗等,以期新形勢下我國政府形象管理成效更進一步。論文采用諸多方法研究自媒體環(huán)境下政府形象管理問題。通過文獻分析法,梳理國內(nèi)外政府在自媒體時代形象管理的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢;通過歸納分析法,對自媒體時代政府面臨的形象管理問題,從社會環(huán)境、法律制度、政府自身、自媒體四個方面對可能出現(xiàn)的原因進行了歸納總結(jié);運用比較分析法對中外兩種不同體制相同背景下的政府形象管理活動做出了比較,探究出符合本國國情的解決路子。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, with the development of information technology and Internet technology, the extensive use of media platforms has changed the traditional mode of government information dissemination, and has had a new and important impact on the management of government image. Since the self-media has been involved in the construction of government image, the image management problems faced by the government also show a trend of diversification. Only by studying the management of government image in the media age can we perfect the construction of government image on the basis of maintaining the freedom of network. Since the media era, our government image management has appeared new problems. On the one hand, the emergence of the media has widened the platform for communication between the government and the public and deepened the interaction between the government and the public. On the other hand, the government has been forced to publicly expose itself to the public, and the image management is facing new challenges. Since the media environment, emerging network public opinion also challenges the credibility of the government. On the basis of the theory of communication, it is urgent to analyze the relationship between the media and the government image management, and to find out the government image management path which accords with the situation of our country. We must take effective measures to give full play to the advantages of self-media, strengthen the image construction of the government itself, strengthen the transformation and upgrading of the mainstream media, and draw lessons from the beneficial experience of western government image management, etc. With a view to the new situation, our government image management results further. This paper uses many methods to study the government image management under the environment of self-media. Through the literature analysis, combs the domestic and foreign government in the self-media era image management research present situation and the development tendency, through the induction analysis method, from the social environment, the legal system, the self-media age government faces the image management question, the social environment, the legal system, The government itself, from four aspects of the media, summed up the possible causes, using comparative analysis of the two different systems under the same background of government image management activities to make a comparison. To explore the solution in line with the national conditions.
