【摘要】：在虛實交互的現(xiàn)實背景下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件多發(fā)、頻發(fā),加大了政府的應(yīng)對難度,進(jìn)而誘致政府公信力水平的變化。然而,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件中,政府公信力為什么會變化、其內(nèi)在的演進(jìn)變化機理是什么等關(guān)鍵性問題還缺乏深度的研究。本文基于事件(過程)—感知(心理)—行動(公眾)的整合框架,借助多案例分析方法,揭示網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件背景下政府公信力的變化機理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):觸發(fā)情境、社會認(rèn)知、群體結(jié)構(gòu)、群體效能、響應(yīng)恢復(fù)與心理能量6個主范疇對政府公信力變化存在顯著影響,但作用方式和路徑并不一致�；诖�,結(jié)合政府公信力變化的動態(tài)過程,本研究探索性地構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件中政府公信力的演變機理模型,即情境—感知—行為整合模型。這些研究結(jié)論可以為政府維持、重建和提升公信力提供有效的依據(jù),并為引導(dǎo)政府創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展公共危機與應(yīng)急管理理論體系提供理論基礎(chǔ)和政策借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the realistic background of virtual reality interaction, the network group incidents are frequent and frequent, which increases the difficulty of government response and induces the change of the level of government credibility. However, in the network group events, the key issues such as why the credibility of the government changes, and what the internal evolution mechanism is, is still lack of in-depth research. Based on the integrated framework of event (process-perception (psychology) and action (public), this paper, with the help of multi-case analysis, reveals the mechanism of the change of government credibility under the background of network group events. It is found that the six main categories of trigger situation, social cognition, group structure, group efficacy, response recovery and psychological energy have significant effects on the change of government credibility, but the mode and path of action are not consistent. Based on this, combined with the dynamic process of the change of government credibility, this study explores the evolution mechanism model of government credibility in network group events, that is, situation-perception-behavior integration model. These conclusions can provide an effective basis for the government to maintain, rebuild and enhance the credibility, and provide theoretical basis and policy reference for guiding the government to innovate and develop the theoretical system of public crisis and emergency management.
