【摘要】：信任影響電子政務公眾采納和參與,在一定程度上關(guān)乎著電子政務的成敗興衰。以Web of Science和CNKI兩大數(shù)據(jù)庫中關(guān)于電子政務公眾信任研究的核心文獻作為對象,運用信息計量學和文獻歸納法予以系統(tǒng)分析。通過信息計量學分析,把握電子政務公眾信任的研究現(xiàn)狀;結(jié)合文獻歸納分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在信任理論、技術(shù)接受模型、初始信任模型、風險模型等理論模型的指導下,研究主要圍繞信任的基礎概念、影響因素、演化過程、作用結(jié)果四大主題而展開,方法則以實證分析為主。在此基礎上,指出當前研究存在概念梳理與研究持續(xù)性不足、研究對象不夠具體、因素分析不夠系統(tǒng)、演化過程分析相對薄弱、研究范式與信任測量方法單一等局限,并提出相應的改進建議。
[Abstract]:Trust affects public adoption and participation in e-government, to a certain extent, the success or failure of e-government. Taking the core documents of public trust research on E-government in Web of Science and CNKI databases as the objects, this paper makes a systematic analysis by means of information metrology and literature induction. Through the analysis of information metrology, we can grasp the research status of E-government public trust, combine the literature analysis, find that under the guidance of trust theory, technology acceptance model, initial trust model, risk model and so on, The research focuses on the basic concept of trust, influencing factors, evolution process, and the result of action, while empirical analysis is the main method. On this basis, it is pointed out that the current research has some limitations, such as the lack of concept combing and research persistence, the lack of specific research object, the lack of systematic factor analysis, the relatively weak analysis of evolution process, the single research paradigm and the method of measurement of trust, etc. And put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
