【摘要】：社會治理創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展,引發(fā)了多元主體結構對單一結構的突破與超越。但在實踐中,多元主體間關系的失衡與理論上的預設形成巨大差異。因此,有必要對當下社會治理創(chuàng)新中主體間關系進行反思,并且這種反思的邏輯應當是以政府角色和行為的重新認知為關鍵。在此基礎上,展開價值定位、利益調整、責任跟進、制度完善等四個維度上的探索,才是應有的主體間關系形塑路徑。
[Abstract]:The development of social governance innovation leads to the breakthrough and transcendence of multi-subject structure to single structure. However, in practice, the imbalance between the multiple subjects and the theoretical presupposition is very different. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on the relationship between the subjects in the current social governance innovation, and the logic of this reflection should be based on the re-cognition of the role and behavior of the government. On this basis, the exploration of four dimensions, such as value orientation, benefit adjustment, responsibility follow-up and system perfection, is the proper way to shape the relationship between subjects.
