【摘要】：我國由多個(gè)民族構(gòu)成,妥善處理民族問題、做好民族工作,關(guān)系到民族團(tuán)結(jié)和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,是擺在各級(jí)政府面前的重大課題。呼和浩特市新城區(qū)的滿族民族工作在區(qū)委、區(qū)政府的大力支持和各方的共同努力下,探索出了一套科學(xué)的管理方法,取得了巨大的成績(jī)。建區(qū)以來,沒有一起因民族問題而引起的群眾性事件。本文在對(duì)呼和浩特市新城區(qū)滿族民族工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究和分析,并查閱相關(guān)民族與管理方面著作后,找出了該工作受重視程度不高、幫扶滿族及其他少數(shù)民族發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)中存在的問題、沒有健全的社區(qū)民族工作體制、與其他相關(guān)省市聯(lián)系少、對(duì)滿族文化保護(hù)力度不夠、對(duì)民族相關(guān)政策、知識(shí)宣傳不夠等六個(gè)方面的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,同時(shí)還介紹了一些國內(nèi)外的民族工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與方法。本文在著重研究滿族民族工作的具體方法的同時(shí),也介紹了一些同樣適用其他少數(shù)民族工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與方法,希望可以對(duì)呼和浩特市新城區(qū)及其他以滿族為少數(shù)民族主體民族的地區(qū)政府在進(jìn)行民族工作中起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Our country is composed of many nationalities. It is an important task for governments at all levels to deal with ethnic problems properly and do a good job of ethnic work, which is related to national unity and social stability. The Manchu nationality work in the new urban area of Hohhot city has explored a set of scientific management methods and made great achievements under the support of the district party committee, the district government and the joint efforts of all parties. Since the establishment of the area, there has been no mass incident caused by ethnic problems. This paper makes a detailed study and analysis on the work of Manchu nationality in Xincheng District of Hohhot City, and finds out that the work is not paid enough attention to after consulting related works on nationalities and management. Helping Manchu and other ethnic minorities to develop their economy, without a sound system of community and ethnic work, with few links with other relevant provinces and cities, insufficient protection of Manchu culture, and policies related to ethnic groups, Six problems, such as lack of knowledge propaganda, are put forward and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. At the same time, some national work experiences and methods at home and abroad are also introduced. While focusing on the specific methods of Manchu ethnic work, this paper also introduces some experiences and methods that are also applicable to the work of other ethnic minorities. It is hoped that the government of Xincheng District of Hohhot and other regions with Manchu nationality as the main minority nationality will play an important role in national work.
