【摘要】："官場病"是古今中外官場通病。在新的歷史條件下,整治"官場病",就要集中整治形式主義、官僚主義、享樂主義和奢靡之風這"四風"。對整治"官場病"進行歷史反思,深刻認識"官場病"本質上是國家體制病,深刻認識整治"官場病"是社會主義國家的歷史性課題,從而立足于斗爭的長期性、戰(zhàn)略性,堅持打好有謀劃、有準備、有成效的攻堅戰(zhàn)和持久戰(zhàn)。整治"官場病",總體戰(zhàn)略方針是:標本兼治,綜合治療。
[Abstract]:Officialdom disease is a common disease in Chinese and foreign officialdom. Under the new historical conditions, the "four winds" of formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism and extravagance must be concentrated in the rectification of the "disease of officialdom." Through historical reflection on the rectification of "officialdom disease," we have a profound understanding that "officialdom disease" is essentially a disease of the state system, and a profound understanding of the rectification of "officialdom disease" is a historic subject of socialist countries, thus based on the long-term nature and strategic nature of the struggle.
