【摘要】:基于對中國多個(gè)地區(qū)不同公共部門的兩階段配對問卷調(diào)查表明:服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正向影響公共部門建言行為;公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)在服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與公共部門建言行為間發(fā)揮中介作用;公務(wù)員的權(quán)力距離導(dǎo)向負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)對公共部門建言行為的影響及其在服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與公共部門建言行為間的中介作用。
[Abstract]:Based on a two-stage paired survey of different public sectors in many regions of China, the results show that service-oriented leadership positively affects public sector advocacy behavior, and public service motivation plays an intermediary role between service-oriented leadership and public sector advocacy. The power distance orientation of civil servants negatively regulates the influence of public service motivation on public sector advocacy and its intermediary role between service-oriented leadership and public sector advocacy.
