【摘要】：隨著科技信息時代的到來,傳統(tǒng)的事業(yè)單位人事檔案管理逐漸顯現(xiàn)出其局限性,為適應(yīng)新形勢,事業(yè)單位人事檔案管理的改革、創(chuàng)新成為必然。本文簡析了事業(yè)單位人事檔案管理的重要性,對人事檔案規(guī)范化管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行了論述分析,提出了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age of science and technology, the traditional personnel archives management of institutions gradually shows its limitations. In order to adapt to the new situation, the innovation of personnel archives management in institutions becomes inevitable. This paper briefly analyzes the importance of personnel archives management in institutions, discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the standardized management of personnel files, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
