【摘要】："失獨家庭"指的是獨生子女死亡后未再生育或收養(yǎng)子女的家庭。失獨家庭社會救助是一種特殊的社會救助,其核心目的,是幫助失獨家庭老人安度晚年。目前,國家和地方對失獨家庭的社會救助已漸成體系,但無論在失獨家庭層面,還是在政府和社會層面,都還存在一些問題。為此,政府必須統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,做好頂層設(shè)計,建立失獨家庭基本信息檔案,實現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)救助;在不斷提高經(jīng)濟(jì)救助水平的同時,重點做好失獨家庭老人的生活照料和精神慰藉工作,切實做好失獨家庭老人的養(yǎng)老保障。
[Abstract]:"lost family" refers to a family that has not given birth to or adopted a child after the death of an only child. Social assistance for families without independence is a special kind of social assistance, the core purpose of which is to help the elderly of families who have lost independence to spend their old age safely. At present, the national and local social assistance to families without independence has gradually become a system, but there are still some problems in the level of families, government and society. For this reason, the government must make a comprehensive plan, do a good job of top-level design, establish basic information files for families without independence, and realize accurate relief; while constantly improving the level of economic assistance, it must focus on the care of the elderly in families without independence and their spiritual comfort work. Do a good job of old-age security for the elderly who have lost their independence.
