【摘要】：改革開放以來我國經濟社會進入了一個高速發(fā)展的新時期。尤其是進入21世紀以來，我國的經濟增長速度令全球矚目，經濟社會發(fā)展進入了良性的軌道。隨著社會的發(fā)展，國家強大、百姓安居樂業(yè)，呈現出一片欣欣向榮的局面。但是在快速發(fā)展的同時，社會也面臨著種種問題。尤其是職業(yè)道德建設與經濟的發(fā)展遠遠不同步。公務員是國家權力的行駛者，在公務員職業(yè)道德方面具有示范效應，更需要注意。 本文從十八大以來習近平總書記提出的“中國夢”的論斷為出發(fā)點，依據理論聯系實際的原則，從歷史發(fā)展和社會現實相結合的角度，探討在中國夢語境下我國公務員隊伍的職業(yè)道德建設問題，具有重要的理論意義和實踐意義。全文共分為四個部分。一、緒論部分，認為進入21世紀以來我國經濟社會取得了很大發(fā)展，但是社會道德建設、包括公務員職業(yè)道德建設卻遠遠滯后，影響到了經濟社會的進一步發(fā)展。前人已經注意到了公務員職業(yè)道德方面存在的問題并進行了不少研究，但還需要繼續(xù)深化和細化。二、中國夢的論斷和公務員職業(yè)道德建設之間有著密切的關系。公務員的職業(yè)道德建設對于社會道德建設具有引領和示范的作用，能夠帶動社會形成良好的風氣，對中國夢的實現具有積極的意義。三、客觀地分析了在當前黨中央提出了中國夢的語境下，，我國公務員的職業(yè)道德建設取得了一定的成就，但是在中國夢的新要求下，仍然存在著不少問題。四、探討了我國公務員職業(yè)道德建設的對策，從建立健全機制體制、建立監(jiān)督機制和渠道、利用社會環(huán)境的作用、提高和踐行職業(yè)道德觀念等多個角度探討如何加強我國的公務員職業(yè)道德建設。 實現中國夢和加強公務員職業(yè)道德建設具有不可分割的內在聯系。我們應該適應“中國夢”的新要求，正視現實存在的問題，采取正確的對策，不斷加強公務員職業(yè)道德建設。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic society has entered a new period of rapid development. Especially since the beginning of the 21st century, China's economic growth rate has attracted worldwide attention, and the economic and social development has entered a benign track. With the development of society, the country is strong and the people live and work in peace and contentment. But in the rapid development, the society is also facing a variety of problems. In particular, the construction of professional ethics and economic development is far from synchronized. The civil servant is the driver of the state power and has the demonstration effect in the professional ethics of the civil servant, which should be paid more attention to. From the viewpoint of "Chinese Dream" put forward by General Secretary of Xi Jinping since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), according to the principle of integrating theory with practice, and from the angle of combining historical development with social reality, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the construction of civil servants' professional ethics in the context of Chinese Dream. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which holds that China's economic and social development has made great progress since the beginning of the 21st century, but the construction of social morality, including the construction of civil servants' professional ethics, has lagged far behind, which has affected the further development of the economic society. Previous people have paid attention to the problems existing in the professional ethics of civil servants and carried out a lot of research, but they still need to deepen and refine. Second, there is a close relationship between Chinese Dream's judgment and the construction of civil servants' professional ethics. The construction of civil servants' professional ethics plays a leading and exemplary role in the construction of social morality, can drive the society to form a good atmosphere, and has a positive significance to the realization of Chinese Dream. Thirdly, it analyzes objectively that the construction of civil servants' professional ethics has made some achievements in the context of Chinese Dream put forward by the Party Central Committee at present, but under the new requirements of Chinese Dream, there are still many problems. Fourth, it discusses the countermeasures of the construction of civil servants' professional ethics in China, from establishing and perfecting the mechanism system, establishing the supervisory mechanism and channels, and utilizing the role of the social environment. How to strengthen the construction of civil servants' professional ethics in our country is discussed from many angles, such as improving and practicing the concept of professional ethics. The realization of Chinese Dream and the strengthening of the construction of civil servants' professional ethics are inextricably linked. We should adapt to the new requirements of "Chinese Dream", face up to the existing problems in reality, take correct countermeasures and strengthen the construction of civil servants' professional ethics.
