【摘要】：社會治理精細(xì)化是國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的重要內(nèi)容。中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)也給社會治理提出了新的要求,以系統(tǒng)化賦權(quán)為思路,以"結(jié)構(gòu)-能動"的漸進(jìn)方式推進(jìn)社會結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷改良是我國社會治理精細(xì)化的必由之路。F省通過整合政府內(nèi)部各部門之間,以及政府與市場和社會之間的關(guān)系,為實現(xiàn)社會治理精細(xì)化提供了有益探索。社會治理的精細(xì)化需要對各個治理主體進(jìn)行賦權(quán),通過整合和運用新技術(shù),在明確各治理主體權(quán)責(zé)基礎(chǔ)之上實現(xiàn)協(xié)同共治。
[Abstract]:The refinement of social governance is the important content of the modernization of national governance system and governance ability. The new normal state of China's economy has also put forward new requirements for social governance, with systematic empowerment as its thinking. To promote the continuous improvement of social structure in a gradual way of "structure-dynamic" is the only way for China's social governance to be finer. F province integrates the relations among the various departments within the government, as well as between the government, the market and the society. For the realization of social governance refinement provides a useful exploration. The refinement of social governance requires the empowerment of each governance entity and the realization of cooperative co-governance on the basis of clarifying the authority and responsibility of each governance subject through the integration and application of new technologies.
