【摘要】：隨著微博、微信等自媒體平臺(tái)在我國的廣泛應(yīng)用,越來越多的人都可以進(jìn)行信息的獲取、生產(chǎn)、分享與傳播。高校中的一些問題如果不能及時(shí)得到處理就極容易通過自媒體平臺(tái)進(jìn)行廣泛傳播,使得虛假信息混雜其中難以辨別,會(huì)引發(fā)高校群體性恐慌,最終爆發(fā)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論危機(jī)。因此,進(jìn)行自媒體時(shí)代下高校應(yīng)急管理平臺(tái)建設(shè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。本文通過對(duì)高校應(yīng)急管理在自媒體環(huán)境下的平臺(tái)建設(shè)情況抽樣調(diào)查,努力尋找高校目前在應(yīng)急管理方面存在的問題,目的是尋求解決的有效對(duì)策。論文結(jié)構(gòu)包括緒論、正文和結(jié)論,共分為四個(gè)部分：第一章緒論主要包括：研究背景、研究的目的與意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章主要是闡述基本概念及相關(guān)理論,對(duì)自媒體、高校突發(fā)事件、高校危機(jī)、應(yīng)急管理和危機(jī)管理等相關(guān)概念的界定,以及自媒體時(shí)代高校應(yīng)急管理平臺(tái)建設(shè)的有關(guān)理論。第三章是通過對(duì)樣本高校自媒體時(shí)代高校應(yīng)急管理平臺(tái)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析,尋找問題所在并分析問題存在的原因,為后一章節(jié)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)一步提供依據(jù)。第四章是講應(yīng)當(dāng)從強(qiáng)化自媒體時(shí)代高校應(yīng)急管理意識(shí),明確高校應(yīng)急管理問責(zé)機(jī)制,利用自媒體平等互動(dòng)流動(dòng)快的優(yōu)勢(shì),建立科學(xué)的危機(jī)預(yù)警制度等方面來做好自媒體時(shí)代高校應(yīng)急管理平臺(tái)建設(shè),從而提高校園應(yīng)急管理能力。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of Weibo, WeChat and other self-media platforms in China, more and more people can obtain, produce, share and disseminate information. If some problems in colleges and universities can not be dealt with in time, they can easily be widely disseminated through the media platform, which makes false information mixed and difficult to distinguish, which will lead to mass panic in colleges and universities, and eventually break out the network public opinion crisis in colleges and universities. Therefore, it has important practical significance and guiding value to construct the emergency management platform of colleges and universities in the era of self-media. Based on a sample investigation of the platform construction of university emergency management under the environment of self-media, this paper tries to find out the problems existing in the emergency management in colleges and universities, in order to find effective countermeasures to solve the problems. The structure of the thesis includes the introduction, the text and the conclusion. It is divided into four parts: the first chapter is the introduction: the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter describes the basic concepts and related theories, the definition of the self-media, university emergencies, university crisis, emergency management and crisis management, as well as the construction of the emergency management platform in the era of self-media. The third chapter is through the sample university from the media era university emergency management platform construction present situation carries on the investigation, the analysis, seeks the question where and analyzes the reason which the question exists, provides the basis for the latter chapter content further. The fourth chapter is that we should strengthen the sense of emergency management in colleges and universities in the era of self-media, clarify the accountability mechanism of emergency management in colleges and universities, and make use of the advantages of equal interaction and rapid flow of self-media. In order to improve the ability of campus emergency management, we should set up a scientific crisis warning system to build the emergency management platform of colleges and universities in the media era.
