【摘要】：從社會工作視角梳理中共在陜甘寧邊區(qū)開展的優(yōu)待抗屬工作,可以發(fā)現,堅持以抗屬為本的理念,運用多種對策是中共優(yōu)待抗屬工作取得成效的關鍵。中共采用對策主要包括提供基本物質服務、建立社區(qū)代耕組織以及開展文化教育服務。具體有:注重實際調查研究、堅持客觀公正的工作原則,擴大社會支持網絡、幫助抗屬制定生產計劃,挖掘抗屬自身潛能、實現抗屬自救目的。邊區(qū)優(yōu)待抗屬的做法對今天的擁軍優(yōu)屬工作具有啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of social work, it is found that the CPC's preferential treatment and resistance to relatives in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region is the key to the success of the work. The countermeasures adopted by the CPC include providing basic material services, setting up community farming organizations and providing cultural and educational services. Specific: pay attention to the actual investigation and study, adhere to the principle of objective and fair work, expand the social support network, help the establishment of production plan, excavate the potential of the anti-subordinate, realize the goal of self-saving. The border area preferential treatment of resistance to the practice of today's work of supporting the superior military has enlightening significance.
