社會組織認同及其提升路徑研究

【摘要】:隨著政府購買社會服務模式的形成,政府將其在社會公共領域的權力越來越多的移交至社會,刺激了社會組織的快速發(fā)展。社會組織是一種民間的、志愿性質的、非營利性的組織,通過開展公益性活動引導、激勵公民有序參與,推進社會建設、保障公民民主權利。可就當前社會組織的發(fā)展狀態(tài)而言,所獲得的認同程度還不高,這不僅源于社會組織能力不足、發(fā)展不完善、成員專業(yè)理念欠缺,還與當前社會組織發(fā)展的社會環(huán)境、政策法規(guī)支持、資金扶植力度等多方面的原因有著密切關系。本文圍繞社會組織多維認同情況進行研究,先通過分析研究背景、國內外專家學者在這一領域的研究綜述,基本了解社會組織認同的研究成果以及已有的理論基礎,從而制定本文的研究思路與方法。隨后,從社會組織內部認同與社會組織外部認同這兩方面著手,分別分析各類組織認同的表現(xiàn)形式與形成維度,并結合當前社會組織發(fā)展的經驗現(xiàn)狀,從多方位研究社會組織認同的來源、作用及其支持體系。最后,文章通過訪談,對N市社會組織認同現(xiàn)象進行全面調研之后,結合實際情況對社會組織認同問題表現(xiàn)、造成原因進行分析,并提出社會組織內外認同的提升途徑。
[Abstract]:With the formation of the mode of government purchasing social service, the government transfers more and more of its power in the social public domain to the society, which stimulates the rapid development of social organization. Social organization is a kind of non-governmental, voluntary and non-profit organization, which can encourage citizens to participate in order, promote social construction and guarantee citizens' democratic rights through conducting public welfare activities. In terms of the current state of development of social organizations, the degree of recognition obtained is not high, which is not only due to the insufficient capacity of social organizations, imperfect development, lack of professional ideas of members, but also with the current social environment for the development of social organizations. Policies and regulations support, funding support and other factors have a close relationship. This paper focuses on the multidimensional identity of social organizations, first through the analysis of the research background, experts and scholars at home and abroad in this field of research overview, basic understanding of the social organization identity research results and existing theoretical basis, So as to formulate the research ideas and methods of this paper. Then, starting from the internal identity of social organizations and the external identity of social organizations, the paper analyzes the forms and dimensions of organizational identity, and combines the current experience of the development of social organizations. The source, function and supporting system of social organization identity are studied from various aspects. Finally, the article through interviews, after a comprehensive investigation of the phenomenon of social organization identity in N city, combined with the actual situation of social organization identity performance, cause analysis, and put forward the way to promote social organization internal and external identity.
