【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論在政府處置突發(fā)事件的過程中,扮演著越來越重要的角色。政府作為突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論關(guān)注的中心主體,稍有疏忽,其不當(dāng)舉止帶來的負(fù)面影響將在網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的放大鏡下成倍擴(kuò)張,突發(fā)事件的負(fù)向發(fā)展態(tài)勢將愈發(fā)難以扭轉(zhuǎn)。政府想要成功避免失控的輿論發(fā)展為突發(fā)事件,關(guān)鍵在于把握突發(fā)事件中網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的形成和發(fā)展機(jī)制,明確自身所處的輿論情境,設(shè)計(jì)正確的應(yīng)對計(jì)劃。麗江"女游客被打"事件作為政府不當(dāng)應(yīng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的典型案例,麗江政府的應(yīng)對經(jīng)驗(yàn)有著極強(qiáng)的借鑒性和啟示性。
[Abstract]:Network public opinion plays a more and more important role in the process of government dealing with emergencies. The government, as the central subject of public opinion on emergency network, is negligent, and the negative influence brought by its improper behavior will expand exponentially under the magnifying glass of network public opinion, and the negative development situation of emergency will become more and more difficult to reverse. The key of the government to avoid the uncontrolled development of public opinion into an emergency is to grasp the formation and development mechanism of network public opinion in the emergency, to make clear the public opinion situation in which it is located, and to design a correct response plan. The incident of "female tourists being beaten" in Lijiang is regarded as a typical case in which the government improperly responds to the public opinion on the Internet, and the experience of the government in dealing with it is of great reference and enlightenment.
