【摘要】：華僑群體一直以來(lái)都是我國(guó)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的重點(diǎn)對(duì)象,人數(shù)眾多、精英云集的廣大華僑始終為新中國(guó)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展與繁榮貢獻(xiàn)著十分積極的力量。而人民政協(xié)作為我國(guó)最廣泛的愛(ài)國(guó)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線組織,也始終和華僑保持著緊密的聯(lián)系。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,華僑在人民政協(xié)中的作用正日益凸顯,如何更好地發(fā)揮華僑在政協(xié)中的作用就成為了一個(gè)十分重要的研究課題。對(duì)華僑在政協(xié)中發(fā)揮的作用進(jìn)行研究總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出合理化的解決建議,有助于更好地發(fā)揮華僑群體為人民政協(xié),乃至為祖國(guó)服務(wù)的積極性,為中華民族偉大復(fù)興夢(mèng)想的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供助力。本文將圍繞華僑在人民政協(xié)中的作用,分三個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行考察:首先研究審視建國(guó)以來(lái)華僑為政協(xié)貢獻(xiàn)的獨(dú)特作用,將其概括為智力支持、慈善捐助、民主監(jiān)督、公共外交等四方面作用;其次在對(duì)華僑在政協(xié)中的作用進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理分析華僑為人民政協(xié)貢獻(xiàn)作用時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題,將其總結(jié)為界別設(shè)置不夠科學(xué)、歸屬感不足以及華僑履職的規(guī)范性與廣泛性不足這三大問(wèn)題。在總結(jié)問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)之上,本文將以華僑的界別設(shè)置不科學(xué)問(wèn)題為研究重點(diǎn),結(jié)合歷史與目前實(shí)際,圍繞導(dǎo)致問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行充分研究與論證;最后,本研究將圍繞相關(guān)問(wèn)題提供兼具科學(xué)性與可行性的解決對(duì)策,以期為更好地發(fā)揮華僑在政協(xié)中的作用提供有益參考。因此,積極總結(jié)華僑在人民政協(xié)中的作用,梳理相關(guān)問(wèn)題提供有效建議,可以使華僑群體對(duì)政協(xié)的認(rèn)識(shí)更加清晰正確,履職的積極性與實(shí)效性更強(qiáng),效率更高,幫助廣大華僑進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)改革開放和全球化的要求,從而為人民政協(xié)工作的國(guó)際化與中華民族偉大復(fù)興夢(mèng)想的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供強(qiáng)大能量。同時(shí),本研究也希望可以為政協(xié)的對(duì)僑工作理論提供一定的合理借鑒。
[Abstract]:The overseas Chinese group has always been the key object of the United front work in our country, with a large number of people, and the vast number of elite overseas Chinese have always contributed to the development and prosperity of various undertakings in New China. The CPPCC, as the most extensive patriotic United front organization in China, has always maintained close ties with overseas Chinese. With the development of the times, the role of overseas Chinese in the CPPCC is becoming increasingly prominent. How to better play the role of overseas Chinese in the CPPCC has become a very important research topic. The study and summary of the role played by overseas Chinese in the CPPCC, the discovery of problems, the analysis of problems, and the rationalization of solutions to these problems will help to give better play to the enthusiasm of the overseas Chinese community in serving the CPPCC and even the motherland. To the realization of the great rejuvenation dream of the Chinese nation to provide assistance. This paper will investigate the role of overseas Chinese in the CPPCC in three steps: first, to examine the unique role of overseas Chinese in the CPPCC since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and to summarize it as intellectual support, charitable donations, democratic supervision, Secondly, on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the role of overseas Chinese in the CPPCC, the problems existing in the analysis of the contribution of overseas Chinese to the CPPCC are analyzed, and the problem is summed up as that the establishment of the sector is not scientific enough. Lack of sense of belonging and the lack of standardization and universality of overseas Chinese are three major problems. On the basis of summing up the problems, this paper will focus on the unscientific problems of the overseas Chinese sector, combine the history with the current reality, and make a thorough research and demonstration around the causes of the problems. This study will provide both scientific and feasible solutions to the related problems in order to provide a useful reference for better exerting the role of overseas Chinese in the CPPCC. Therefore, by actively summing up the role of overseas Chinese in the CPPCC and sorting out relevant issues and providing effective advice, the overseas Chinese community can have a clearer and correct understanding of the CPPCC, be more active and effective in carrying out their duties, and be more efficient. To help the overseas Chinese to further adapt to the requirements of reform and opening up and globalization, thus providing a strong energy for the internationalization of the work of the CPPCC and the realization of the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. At the same time, this study also hopes to provide some reasonable reference for the CPPCC's theory of overseas Chinese work.
