【摘要】：目前,社會價值觀多元化,政治良知缺失的問題日益突出,王陽明作為封建時代的官吏,其一生踐行“致良知”,以官心連民心,功業(yè)存乎山川,道德著于人心,這對當(dāng)下公務(wù)員形象塑造具有重要借鑒意義。公務(wù)員作為治理主體和民眾利益的維護(hù)者,其形象具有強(qiáng)大的示范效應(yīng),承載著民眾的意愿表達(dá)。本文從王陽明“致良知”的政治內(nèi)涵與踐履入手,闡明了王陽明“致良知”的政治維度,即破除“心中賊”,培育政治“良知”,以“治心”達(dá)“治世”,并在此視域下探析公務(wù)員形象塑造應(yīng)有兩大要素,職業(yè)道德養(yǎng)成與職業(yè)能力提升。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文論述了“治心”與公務(wù)員職業(yè)道德養(yǎng)成的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)和“治世”對公務(wù)員職業(yè)能力提升的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在王陽明看來,為官治政,事務(wù)繁雜,歸根到底都要靠人來施行,因此首先就需要開掘內(nèi)在本心,培養(yǎng)人關(guān)于社會政治的內(nèi)在道德觀念和道德情感,對于公務(wù)員來說“治心”就是要以良知作為準(zhǔn)則,養(yǎng)成良好的職業(yè)道德,即秉持以忠于國家為核心的政治信念、秉持以廉潔公正為核心的行政良知、秉持以政在親民為核心的公仆意識。而“治心”的最終目的是“治世”,即化德性為德行,唯有這樣,良知的政治效用才能顯現(xiàn)。公務(wù)員作為治理主體和民眾利益的維護(hù)者,正應(yīng)在良知的指引下,不斷提升以創(chuàng)新與執(zhí)行、維穩(wěn)與應(yīng)危、人際理解與善治為核心的職業(yè)能力,修身立政,以塑造群眾滿意的公仆形象。
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of social values diversity and lack of political conscience is increasingly prominent. Wang Yangming, as a government official in feudal times, practiced "to conscience" in his whole life, connected the people's heart with the official's heart, and the merits and achievements existed in the mountains and rivers, and the morality was written in the people's heart. This has important reference significance to the present civil servant image molding. As the main body of governance and the defender of the interests of the public, the image of civil servants has a strong demonstration effect and carries the expression of the will of the people. Starting with the political connotation and practice of Wang Yangming, this paper expounds the political dimension of Wang Yangming's "to conscience", that is, to break the "heart thief", cultivate the political "conscience", and "govern the mind" to "govern the world". And in this field of view to explore the image of civil servants should be two elements, professional ethics and professional ability. On this basis, this paper discusses the internal relationship between "governing the mind" and the formation of civil servants' professional ethics and the practical significance of "governing the world" to the promotion of the professional ability of civil servants. In Wang Yangming's view, the administration of government for the official, the affairs are complicated, in the final analysis must rely on the person to carry out, therefore first of all needs to dig the intrinsic heart, trains the person regarding the social politics intrinsic moral idea and the moral emotion, For civil servants, "governing the mind" means taking conscience as the criterion and fostering good professional ethics, that is, adhering to the political conviction of loyalty to the country as the core, and upholding the administrative conscience with integrity and impartiality as the core. Uphold the public servant consciousness with politics as the core. The ultimate purpose of "governing the mind" is to "govern the world", that is, to turn virtue into virtue. Only in this way, the political utility of conscience can be revealed. As the mainstay of governance and the interests of the public, civil servants should, under the guidance of their conscience, constantly improve their professional ability to build a government with the core of innovation and execution, stability and danger, interpersonal understanding and good governance. In order to create the public servant image of mass satisfaction.
