【摘要】：政治穩(wěn)定是政治學(xué)學(xué)科研宄的重要問題，也是影響國家與社會發(fā)展的前提問題。維護政治穩(wěn)定是我國社會發(fā)展的必要條件�，F(xiàn)階段，我國也正處于轉(zhuǎn)型時期，各種社會矛盾和問題頻繁發(fā)生，影響了我國社會的發(fā)展和進步；同時，我國也處于飛速發(fā)展的黃金時期，經(jīng)濟、文化等各方面的發(fā)展都需要穩(wěn)定的社會政治環(huán)境。 政治生態(tài)是對一個國家及地區(qū)政治生活現(xiàn)狀的反映，是相對于自然生態(tài)、社會生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟秩序而言的，是一個國家黨風(fēng)、政風(fēng)和社會風(fēng)氣的集中體現(xiàn)。政治生態(tài)具有開放性、多樣性與平衡和諧性的特征。在我國現(xiàn)階段，政治生態(tài)出現(xiàn)了一定的問題，腐敗現(xiàn)象叢生，這在一定程度上影響了中國社會政治穩(wěn)定。影響了社會的全面發(fā)展與進步。因此營造良好的政治生態(tài)對促進我國政治穩(wěn)定具有重要的意義。十八大以來，以習(xí)近平為總書記的黨中央加大反腐力度，提出減少腐敗存量，遏制腐敗增量，不斷地凈化政治生態(tài)。 通過從政治生態(tài)的特征來分析政治生態(tài)與政治穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系，可以得出：政治生態(tài)與政治穩(wěn)定之間存在著千絲萬縷的關(guān)系，二者相互影響、相互促進。良好的政治生態(tài)可以凝聚人心、凈化風(fēng)氣，同時也與黨為人民服務(wù)的宗旨保持高度一致，，為政治穩(wěn)定提供了思想基礎(chǔ)與環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)，可以從根本上維護社會政治穩(wěn)定。營造良好的政治生態(tài)，要協(xié)調(diào)處理好干群與黨群關(guān)系；處理好國家權(quán)力與公民權(quán)利的關(guān)系；要進一步發(fā)展與完善社會主義民主政治；培養(yǎng)造就一支勤政廉潔的干部隊伍，為良好政治生態(tài)的構(gòu)建提供保證；堅持貫徹依法治國，用法律維護社會公平正義。此外，除了通過以上途徑保持政治系統(tǒng)本身的良性運行之外，還要處理好政治與經(jīng)濟、文化、社會與自然的關(guān)系，為政治的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境，為良好政治生態(tài)的形成提供外部條件。
[Abstract]:Political stability is not only an important issue in political science research, but also a prerequisite for national and social development. Maintaining political stability is a necessary condition for the social development of our country. At this stage, our country is also in a period of transition. Various social contradictions and problems occur frequently, which affect the development and progress of our society. At the same time, our country is also in the golden period of rapid development, the economy. The development of culture and other aspects need a stable social and political environment. Political ecology is a reflection of the current situation of political life in a country and a region. It is a concentrated embodiment of a country's party style, government style and social ethos, as opposed to natural ecology, social ecology and economic order. Political ecology is characterized by openness, diversity and balance and harmony. At the present stage of our country, there are some problems in the political ecology and corruption, which to a certain extent affects the social and political stability of China. Affected the overall development and progress of society. Therefore, it is of great significance to build a good political ecology to promote the political stability of our country. Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has intensified its anti-corruption efforts, proposed to reduce the stock of corruption, contain the increment of corruption, and constantly purify the political ecology. By analyzing the relationship between political ecology and political stability from the characteristics of political ecology, it can be concluded that there are inextricable relations between political ecology and political stability, and they influence each other and promote each other. A good political ecology can condense people's hearts, purify the atmosphere and maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party's purpose of serving the people. It provides the ideological and environmental basis for political stability and can fundamentally safeguard social and political stability. To create a good political environment, we must coordinate and handle the relationship between cadres and the masses, handle well the relationship between state power and civil rights, further develop and perfect socialist democratic politics, and train a contingent of cadres who are diligent and honest in government. To provide guarantee for the construction of good political ecology, to persist in governing the country according to law, and to maintain social fairness and justice by law. In addition, in addition to maintaining the benign operation of the political system itself through the above channels, it is also necessary to properly handle the relations between politics and economy, culture, society and nature, so as to create a good environment for political development. To provide external conditions for the formation of good political ecology.
