【摘要】：我國國家治理的系統(tǒng)性和復(fù)雜性既由多變的外部情景形塑,也由多樣的內(nèi)部情景形塑。從內(nèi)部情景來看,我國國家治理首先面對的是各省域單元治理場景的不同,各省域單元實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)良的治理是實(shí)現(xiàn)整體性優(yōu)良國家治理的前提,而要實(shí)現(xiàn)整體性的優(yōu)良國家治理,實(shí)現(xiàn)邊疆省域的優(yōu)良治理是關(guān)鍵。有史以來,新疆始終是國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、中央政府和各領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的重要邊疆區(qū)域。21世紀(jì)以來,新疆的戰(zhàn)略地位更為凸顯,既是國家經(jīng)略東南,穩(wěn)住西北的核心組成,還是絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶全域發(fā)展的核心戰(zhàn)略區(qū),新疆的省域治理優(yōu)良程度直接關(guān)系到國家治理能力現(xiàn)代化以及絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶雙重布局的效度,因此探討新疆優(yōu)良治理之道是一個極具理論與實(shí)踐價值的課題�，F(xiàn)階段,去極端化是新疆治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的核心范疇之一。
[Abstract]:The system and complexity of national governance in China are shaped by both external and internal situations. From the perspective of the internal situation, the first thing our country faces is the difference of the provincial unit governance scenarios. The good governance of the provinces is the premise to realize the integrity of good national governance, but to achieve the integrity of good national governance. The key is to realize the good governance of the frontier province. Historically, Xinjiang has always been the leader of the state. Since the 21st century, the central government and various fields have paid close attention to the important frontier region. Since the 21st century, Xinjiang's strategic position has become even more prominent. It is also the core strategic area for the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt. The good degree of provincial governance in Xinjiang is directly related to the modernization of the national governance capacity and the validity of the dual layout of the Silk Road Economic Belt. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to explore the way of good governance in Xinjiang. At present, depolarization is one of the core categories of governance system and governance ability modernization in Xinjiang.
