【摘要】：在這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技和數(shù)字傳播技術(shù)的發(fā)展的時(shí)代,多種新媒體陸續(xù)加入傳播領(lǐng)域,其中互聯(lián)網(wǎng)更是其中翹楚。毋庸置疑的是這些新媒體的出現(xiàn)改變了人們的生活模式,和傳播模式。近年來(lái),由于人們對(duì)自然的過(guò)度開發(fā)使得自然災(zāi)害事故發(fā)生頻率顯著增高,災(zāi)害事故在牽動(dòng)了億萬(wàn)人的心的同時(shí),更是將媒體及人們的目光聚焦在由災(zāi)害事故引發(fā)的一系列問(wèn)題上,其中政府在救災(zāi)中及災(zāi)害后的作為情況更是成為民眾和輿論關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),以網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體為代表的新媒體上形成了頗具規(guī)模的輿情。但是這種輿情往往是一把雙刃劍,利用得當(dāng),凝聚民心,而若引導(dǎo)不利小則會(huì)影響公眾情緒,大則引發(fā)混亂甚至動(dòng)蕩。但如果能對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情進(jìn)行有效的感知與察覺,并在此基礎(chǔ)上積極有效地進(jìn)行引導(dǎo),對(duì)于正確應(yīng)對(duì)事故災(zāi)難,提高政府部門公信力,減少事件所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和政治危害,維護(hù)公眾利益與社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定等方面都頗具重要意義。本文圍繞針對(duì)災(zāi)后輿情引導(dǎo)中存在的問(wèn)題,分別從新媒體、政府、以及公眾等角度提出具有實(shí)踐性的指導(dǎo)意義的途徑這一思路展開的。并采用了文獻(xiàn)法、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)語(yǔ)義分析等研究方法對(duì)該課題進(jìn)行了研究,分別是從相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)介紹、輿情、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、災(zāi)后網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情方面進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情引導(dǎo)方式提出新的見解,結(jié)合具體事例層層解構(gòu)剖析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情中存在的問(wèn)題。并結(jié)合具體優(yōu)秀的案例,提出對(duì)災(zāi)后網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情引導(dǎo)具有重要性,與以上對(duì)其引導(dǎo)的必要性相呼應(yīng),響應(yīng)主題;并指出對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的引導(dǎo)已經(jīng)成為新一輪的熱點(diǎn)課題。
[Abstract]:In this era of network technology and digital communication technology, a number of new media have joined the field of communication, among which the Internet is one of the leading. There is no doubt that the emergence of these new media has changed the way people live, and the mode of communication. In recent years, due to the over-exploitation of nature, the frequency of natural disasters and accidents has increased significantly, which has touched the hearts of hundreds of millions of people at the same time. The media and people's eyes are also focused on a series of problems caused by disasters and accidents. Among them, the government's actions in disaster relief and after disasters have become the focus of attention of the public and public opinion. Take the network media as the representative new media has formed the quite scale public opinion. But this kind of public opinion is often a double-edged sword. However, if the network public opinion can be effectively perceived and perceived, and on the basis of active and effective guidance, the correct response to the accident disaster, improve the credibility of government departments, reduce the economic losses caused by events and political harm, Maintaining public interests and social stability is of great significance. This paper focuses on the problems existing in the guidance of post-disaster public opinion, respectively from the perspective of new media, government, and the public. The research methods of literature method, social network analysis and network semantic analysis are used to study this topic, respectively, from the related theoretical knowledge introduction, public opinion, network public opinion, post-disaster network public opinion. This paper puts forward a new opinion on the guiding mode of network public opinion, and analyzes the problems existing in the network public opinion with concrete examples. Combined with specific excellent cases, this paper puts forward the importance of guiding network public opinion after disaster, which echoes the above necessity of guiding network public opinion, and points out that the guidance of network public opinion has become a hot topic in a new round.
