【摘要】：新媒體環(huán)境下的食品安全突發(fā)事件成因復(fù)雜,影響力大,產(chǎn)生的破壞力常常超乎想象�；谖⒂^視角,引用耦合理論對食品安全突發(fā)事件影響因素進(jìn)行理論建構(gòu),分析事件發(fā)生的內(nèi)在因素與外在因素的耦合關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng),運(yùn)用耦合模型與耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型,結(jié)合案例研究,探尋內(nèi)外因素耦合度與事件影響力之間的關(guān)系。研究證明:食品安全突發(fā)事件內(nèi)外影響因素耦合協(xié)調(diào)度與社會(huì)影響力呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,即內(nèi)外因素耦合協(xié)調(diào)度越高,事件的社會(huì)影響力越大。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出相關(guān)啟示,以期為食品安全突發(fā)事件的預(yù)控與決策提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Food safety emergencies under the new media environment have complex causes and great influence, and often produce more destructive power than can be imagined. Based on the microscopic perspective, the coupling theory is used to construct the influencing factors of food safety emergencies, and the coupling correlation effect between the internal and external factors is analyzed, and the coupling model and the coupling coordination model are used. Combined with case study, this paper explores the relationship between the degree of coupling of internal and external factors and the influence of events. The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination of internal and external factors is positively related to social influence, that is, the higher the degree of coupling and coordination of internal and external factors, the greater the social influence of the incident. On this basis, the relevant enlightenment is obtained, in order to provide reference and reference for food safety emergency pre-control and decision-making.
