黨的十八大以來中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:國家形象是國家的內(nèi)部公眾和外部公眾通過與該國的互動(dòng)所形成的對該國各個(gè)方面的總體印象,是國家軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分。當(dāng)今時(shí)代,隨著全球化和信息化的不斷深入,國家形象正受到各國越來越多的重視,國家形象的戰(zhàn)略地位正在不斷提高。當(dāng)前我國正處于全面建成小康社會(huì)和全面深化改革的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,樹立良好的國家形象對我國而言有著更加現(xiàn)實(shí)和深刻的意義。因此,對我國的國家形象尤其是黨的十八大以來的國家形象戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行深入的研究很有必要。本文以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),同時(shí)借鑒政治學(xué)、文化學(xué)、國際關(guān)系學(xué)、形象學(xué)、傳播學(xué)等多學(xué)科的理論成果,在分析新中國成立以來黨的歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體對國家形象的思考和實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)研究黨的十八大以來我國的國家形象戰(zhàn)略。引言部分主要闡述本選題的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足之處。第一章是對國家形象戰(zhàn)略的概述及黨的十八大之前中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略的分析,這部分主要理清國家形象戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論與概念界定,以及新中國成立到黨的十八大之前我國國家形象戰(zhàn)略的演進(jìn)、成效與不足。本文第二章主要對黨的十八大以來中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略資源進(jìn)行評估。首先對國家形象戰(zhàn)略資源概念進(jìn)行闡述,明確提出國家形象戰(zhàn)略資源包括外部資源和內(nèi)部資源兩個(gè)方面,并分別對內(nèi)外資源進(jìn)行分析和評估。關(guān)于外部資源評估方面,認(rèn)為和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代主題沒有變,這是我國實(shí)施國家形象戰(zhàn)略的有利條件,但面臨的挑戰(zhàn)依然嚴(yán)峻,形勢更加復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)挑戰(zhàn)與非傳統(tǒng)挑戰(zhàn)相互交織,尤其是非傳統(tǒng)挑戰(zhàn)使我國面臨著前所未有的考驗(yàn)。關(guān)于內(nèi)部資源評估方面,中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的不斷完善和快速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境基礎(chǔ),是中國有效實(shí)施國家形象戰(zhàn)略的前提和保障,不足之處在于中國在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中出現(xiàn)的一些矛盾成為中國實(shí)施國家形象戰(zhàn)略的制約因素。本文第三章主要論述黨的十八大以來中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略的基本框架。首先分析探討了黨的十八大以來中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略的身份定位:我國是有著悠久歷史文明的國家、是經(jīng)歷了深重苦難的國家、是實(shí)行中國特色社會(huì)主義的國家、是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家、是正在發(fā)生深刻變革的國家。其次論述了黨的十八大以來中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)方針,即以“中國夢”和“和平發(fā)展”思想為指導(dǎo)積極實(shí)施中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略。最后闡述了黨的十八大以來中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)定位:包括樹立中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)“五位一體”協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的形象、樹立中國在國際上負(fù)責(zé)任的大國形象等,我國國家形象戰(zhàn)略的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化及中華民族偉大復(fù)興。本文最后一章論述了黨的十八大以來中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略的路徑選擇,主要從政治手段、經(jīng)濟(jì)手段、文化手段、外交手段和傳播手段五個(gè)方面著手,具體而言,政治手段方面,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè),推進(jìn)國際關(guān)系民主化。經(jīng)濟(jì)手段方面,建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家,積極樹立中國國家品牌形象。文化手段方面,大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),積極促進(jìn)文化交流與合作。外交手段方面,靈活采用多種外交手段,積極構(gòu)建國際社會(huì)人認(rèn)同。傳播手段方面,積極構(gòu)建和發(fā)展現(xiàn)代傳播體系,提高傳播能力?傊,樹立良好的國家形象,積極實(shí)施國家形象戰(zhàn)略,是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程。在國內(nèi),戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施需要黨和政府的主導(dǎo),需要各行政組織和社會(huì)組織協(xié)調(diào)和落實(shí),需要廣大人民群眾提高國家形象意識,以身作則。在國際上,國家形象的博弈已經(jīng)成為國家利益爭奪的焦點(diǎn),如果形象受損,直接會(huì)影響我國的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、安全等國家利益,所以加強(qiáng)中國國家形象戰(zhàn)略理論和實(shí)踐研究意義深遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:The national image is the overall impression of the country's internal public and the external public through the interaction with the country. It is an important part of the country's soft power. Nowadays, with the continuous deepening of globalization and information, the national image is being paid more and more attention from all countries, and the strategic position of the national image is positive. At present, our country is in the key period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and deepening the reform in an all-round way. It is more realistic and profound for our country to establish a good national image. Therefore, it is necessary to make a thorough study of the national image of our country, especially the eighteen national image strategy of the party. Guided by the theory of Marx's doctrine, at the same time, drawing on the theoretical achievements of many disciplines, such as political science, culture, international relations, visualization, communication, etc., on the basis of analyzing the thinking and practice of the party's successive Leadership Collectives on the image of the country since the founding of new China, it focuses on the national image strategy of our country since the eighteen party. This chapter mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad, the research methods, the innovation and the shortcomings. The first chapter is the overview of the national image strategy and the analysis of the Chinese national image strategy before the eighteen Party of the party. This part mainly clarifies the relevant theories and concepts of the national image strategy and the establishment of the new China. The development of the national image strategy of China before the eighteen Party of the party. The second chapter mainly evaluates the strategic resources of the national image of China since the eighteen party. Firstly, the concept of national image strategic resources is expounded, and the strategic resources of the national image include two aspects including external resources and internal resources. Do not analyze and evaluate the internal and external resources. On the assessment of external resources, the theme of the times of peace and development is not changed. This is the favorable condition for our country to implement the national image strategy, but the challenges are still severe, the situation is more complex, the traditional challenges and the non-traditional challenges are intertwined, especially the non-traditional challenges. On the assessment of internal resources, the continuous improvement of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the realistic environment foundation of rapid development are the premise and guarantee of China's effective implementation of the national image strategy, and the inadequacy is that some of the contradictions in China's economic and social transformation have become China's implementation of the country. The third chapter of this article mainly discusses the basic framework of the Chinese national image strategy since the eighteen Party of the party. First, it analyzes and probes into the identity positioning of the Chinese national image strategy since the eighteen Party of the party: China is a country with a long history of civilization, a country experiencing deep suffering and the implementation of the Chinese characteristic society. The country, the largest developing country in the world, is the country that is undergoing profound changes. Secondly, it discusses the guiding principles of the national image strategy of China since the eighteen Party's major, that is, the "Chinese dream" and "peaceful development" thought as the guidance to actively implement the Chinese national image strategy. Finally, the party's eighteen major countries have been expounded. The strategic goal of China's national image is to establish the image of the coordinated development of the "five in one" of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to establish the image of China in the international responsibility. The long-term goal of the national image strategy of China is to realize the socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The last chapter of this article discusses the party. The path choice of the Chinese national image strategy since the eighteen major is mainly from five aspects: political means, economic means, cultural means, diplomatic means and means of communication. In particular, political means, strengthening the construction of socialist democratic politics, promoting the democratization of international relations, and building an innovative country and active tree in economic means. China's national brand image. Cultural means, vigorously develop cultural industry, actively promote cultural exchanges and cooperation. Diplomatic means, flexible use of a variety of diplomatic means, actively build the international community identity. The means of communication, the active construction and development of modern communication system, improve the communication ability. In a word, set up a good national shape. It is a systematic project to actively implement the national image strategy. In China, the implementation of the strategy requires the leadership of the party and the government, the coordination and implementation of the various administrative organizations and social organizations, and the need for the masses to raise the consciousness of the national image and make an example. In the world, the game of the national image has become the focus of the national interest. If the image is damaged, it will directly affect our country's political, economic, cultural, security and other national interests, so it is of great significance to strengthen the strategic theory and practice of the Chinese national image.
