【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國政府組織,既有現(xiàn)代官僚制組織的外在形態(tài)又具自身特殊的"精神氣質(zhì)",突出表現(xiàn)為組織形式的黨政一體和組織功能的政治行政雙重復(fù)合�，F(xiàn)有"官僚制組織"和"倫理化組織"兩種研究范式,都一定程度存在抽象化、簡單化的問題。基于行動理論而建構(gòu)的"行動組織"推論方式,力求消解組織中主體與客體、工具與價值、正式行為與非正式行為的對立與區(qū)隔,更加深入地透析當(dāng)代中國政府組織的生動與復(fù)雜。
[Abstract]:The contemporary Chinese government organization has not only the external form of the modern bureaucratic organization but also its own special "spirit temperament", which is characterized by the combination of the party and government in the organizational form and the political administration in the organizational function. To some extent, there are abstract and simplistic problems in the two research paradigms of "bureaucratic organization" and "ethical organization". The inferences of "action organization" based on action theory try to dispel the opposites and distinctions between the subject and object, the tool and value, the formal act and the informal behavior in the organization. A more in-depth analysis of the contemporary Chinese government organization vivid and complex.
